Pizzaville — Restaurant in Toronto

Honestly a pretty bad experience with this pizzaville location, others are prompt and usually held up pretty well. This one though was highly unsatisfactory. I ordered through a third party app (uber eats) around 5:50PM if I remember correctly, and it arrived at 7:20PM... I am a seven minute drive away from this location. I had questioned the individual who delivered it and they have stated that "The store was really busy" yet the google LIVE times (where it states the busyness of the location) showed "not busy" but perhaps it is based off occupancy of the place not the order amounts, I'm not sure who updates it. Extra star as the food did arrive warm and drinks were cold. Yet the pizza is also cooked unevenly.. (One side is really crunchy and the other is just soft). I called customer service halfway through as that's what UberEats stated to do, they literally told me to "Just wait" I guess with patience comes virtue (A unevenly cooked pizza with unevenly spread toppings that made me feel slightly sick after eating it). I don't normally post negative reviews. But this time I NEED to.

I placed an order online. 50 minutes passed and still no food. My husband called customer service and inquired where our food was. He was told that it should be arriving soon and to notify the driver that it is free.

It FINALLY came. My husband took the food. He then told the driver that our food was free because it took forever and customer service approved it. The driver then try to get into our house and grab the food. My dog (German Sheppard mix) started growling and barking. My husband slammed the door in the driver's face. The driver then kicked our door and left a mark on the door. My husband opened the door and my dog and my husband chased him to the car.

Their customer service is atrocious. Majority of the time our food isn't cooked properly or the drivers are rude and ignorant, and even sometimes racist calling us "ignorant white people." If I could give zero stars I would. Don't think they'll be paying my house a visit courtesy of my scary...

If I could give a zero for this location I would. I understand Christmas eve you close early we were having a party for work. I was calling in at 745 the man picked up the phone and said we were closing soon. I told him I knew exactly what we wanted . I needed a party size pepperoni pizza. Which was going across the street to our work location. He asked for my address I gave him my address and phone number. He then didnt even ask for the order but hung up on me. At 750 I called back again was placed on hold for 10 min nobody picked up after that and u got a we are closed. This location will never see me again or my work. We were having a Christmas party and I did call before closing. This is not a way to keep customers by hanging up on them because you want to go home. AS A MATTER OF FACT I TOO WORK IN A RESTAURANT IN EVENINGS AND I DONT KICK OUT MY CUSTOMERS. A very upset customer. I wound up having to go with another company. Although not as good but they wanted our business.
