My experience with this service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I initially booked a consultation with Dr. Taheri, who assured me that their premium pricing, compared to other clinics, included free subsequent treatments if needed. However, after my first session, I was shocked when the clinic's coordinator informed me that the next session would be cheaper, only 2/3 of the initial cost. When I questioned this contradiction, she defended the situation by claiming that other clinics would do the same thing, and she referred to a note about the cost that she (the coordinator) had added to doctor's notes.

I made efforts to speak directly with Dr. Taheri or Dr. Barikbin, but the coordinator, Shahla, was uncooperative and insisted they were too busy with other patients to talk to me in person. Even when I called the clinic the other day and requested to talk with Dr. Taheri, the coordinator informed me that she was unavailable the entire day. It's evident that she's the one overseeing the clinic's operations and making decisions, rather than the practitioners or whoever the owner might be.
