I tried this place for the first time last night and I was so impressed with the service and food. First thing I noticed was how friendly the gentleman at the front counter was. I ordered the “Mega Box” with 10 wings, wedges and garlic bread and it was prepared quickly. All items in the box were fresh and tasted great. Food aside, what really stuck out to me and the reason I’m writing a review was the cute thank you message they write to their customers. I originally got the Mega Box as takeout for myself, but once I got home and let my boyfriend try it, he also wanted it for himself so we ordered more food on Uber eats instead of walking back in. Both times we got a nice little thank you message written on the packaging so it’s clear they do this for all of their customers. It might seem like a small gesture and I know it might not be a big deal to others but it’s rare to find businesses who take the time to do this without automating it or using stickers. It feels like the owner/employees actually value their customers based on the level of service and this small gesture. I live across the street and might have found my go-to place! Also their walk-in pick up specials are really good so if you can pick it up instead of having it delivered, it’s so worth it.

Overall: 8 / 10 A very solid pie all around. No weak points, but also no overly strong points. The crust is thin and crunchy, very firm, and holds up well to the toppings. However, I would not be back for a slice, as it was dry and not heated properly. They have good deals on whole pizzas, but $6.75 for a single slice is also way too expensive. Very friendly service. Crust: 8 / 10 Tastes like a nice sourdough blend for the dough, with cornmeal on the bottom. The edges are tasty but a bit dry. A little seasoning or butter on the edge crust might help, or a garlic dip. Very similar to Cowabunga pizza in Hamilton. Sauce: 7.5 / 10 Nice and simple with fresh flavour and a medium consistency. The spices aren't too forward but they compliment the crust. A little more fresh basil would take this over an 8. Cheese: 8 / 10 Good quality. two varieties, and a good amount. The Grano Padano cheese is a low standard parmesano substitute and not recommend for this use, however. Toppings: 7.5 / 10 Good quality and fair amounts of everything. Good combinations with a nice variety of authentic and non-traditional toppings.

Ordered the online deal for the pizza, 10 wings and garlic bread. At the store, the employees were lovely - they quickly showed me the items I ordered to ensure it was all there, which was very appreciated. When I got home though, I was disappointed to see that I got all drumsticks and no flats. It was tough meat (hard to chew) which was off-putting. The garlic bread was essential a sub and it wasn’t really toasted so it was completely soft. Pizza was ok. Gave the store a call and the employee explained that the store had run out of flats (it’s Saturday at 7:30). It would’ve have been nice if the restaurant would’ve given me a call to let me know beforehand or told me at the restaurant so they could offer something extra instead. They did offer a $5.00 credit for next time I order but unfortunately, I don’t see myself coming back.

New spot! Went by Donatelli's last night for dinner take out after seeing the great reviews on here to give them a try. They've got some walk in offers (ie. $12.99 for a set of wings, $14.99 for a large pizza with 3 toppings plus a drink and dip + other offers) so my partner and I walked in for those.

Service was awesome, we placed our order and it was ready in about 20-25 minutes. We got capicola, red onions and mushrooms for toppings, they've got a good variety of toppings and also preset flavours (ie. Maui Maui, BBQ Chicken etc) to choose from. The pizza was delicious, thin crust and great dough - not greasy either. The wings were awesome as well, fresh made and juicy - nice and crisp without the breaded junk. Usually this is a lot of food for the two of us but we cleared it out and really enjoyed the food.

Highly recommend and absolutely will come back for more, prices are fair and portions are generous. They also have some unique pop options available like peach Crush and blue Fanta! Happy this spot opened up in the neighbourhood, look forward to returning to support a small...
