Haroo is hands-down one of the best Korean restaurants I’ve tried!** From the moment I walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere made me feel like I’d stepped into a Seoul eatery. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—they even recommended dishes based on my spice tolerance.

Must-Try Dishes:** 🔥 Galbi (Korean BBQ Short Ribs) – Perfectly marinated, tender, and grilled to perfection. 🍲 Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew) – Spicy, rich, and packed with flavor—ideal for cold days! 🍗 Korean Fried Chicken (Yangnyeom) – Crispy, saucy, and addictive. The best I’ve had outside of Korea!

The banchan (side dishes) were fresh and plentiful, with unlimited refills (the kimchi was chef’s kiss). The Soju cocktails were also a fun touch—try the Yogurt Soju if you like something sweet and smooth.

Final Thoughts:** ✔ Authentic taste – Feels like home-cooked Korean meals. ✔ Great service – Attentive but not intrusive. ✔ Fair prices – Generous portions for the cost.

If you’re craving real Korean comfort food, Haroo won’t disappoint. I’ll definitely be back for more!...

Update: they now have new menu available- Gamjatang! I ended up finishing the entire soup on one go haha

I had an incredible lunch at Haru restaurant! The food was perfectly seasoned - not too salty, not too bland, just the right balance that made every bite delicious. It felt like I was eating comforting home-cooked Korean food. The owners were incredibly attentive and kind, making the experience even more special.

My friend and I got the jaeyook jungsik (spicy pork) and jaeyook bento box. The portions were great and the price was reasonable. A small detail that really made the meal feel authentic was the boricha served as hot water. It’s a small thing, but it really added to the overall experience. Overall, everything was amazing, and I’ll...

Discovered this Korean spot while looking up restaurants in Etobicoke area! First time here for lunch with family on a weekend.

Ordered Seafood Soon Tofu with rice and it comes with banchan. It was tasty and A-OK but felt portion was a bit smaller than expected and didn’t have enough seafood. My Mom ordered the Dolsot Bibimbap and was surprised by the large portion in comparison to most Korean restaurants. Taste wise, it was good and as expected with plenty leftover for another meal!

Service at Haroo was A+. Our server was attentive with checking in and refilling our water. At the end, we got complimentary peaches for dessert as well. Overall, I’d definitely recommend checking out Haroo to satisfy your Korean...

Got takeout at Haroo's. Was pretty darn good. The dine in options are good as you can see by the pictures with table that look like they can be consolidated. I got the Spicy Pork Set Meal (J03) and it was pretty good. Not really spicy, but flavourful. It came with some nice little side dishes and a good miso soup. The tempura is a stand out. It's noticeably breaded incredibly well, and texture side it's fantastic. It feels like something I'd order next time on the side if I were to eat noodles there. The set meal also came with a salad and Japchae. Japchae was good, the salad's dressing is pretty strong but still nice. I'm quite excited that a new Korean restaurant came in, the take out meal felt well worth the price.
