I always have had a pleasant experience at popular pizza and I really love their Indian style pizza. But today my experience was very bad with their customer attendent. I ordered pizza on ubereats and received 1. Cold 2.No base sauce of shahi paneer for which BTW I paid 1.49 $ extra. 3. No “free” toppings. I hve always ordered the same pizza all the time so I know the quantity that they use to prpare pizza. The pizza was really cold like it was made atleast an hour before the delivery. (I know cz I also work for food service and we sell pizza and also because I never received cold pizza from them and i live exactly 16 mins from the location I ordered) The delivery from uber was done on time bcz we can obviously track it. The free toppings that they provide are free bcz their prize is included in the original price for pizza. I selected green chillies, red chillies and corriander as my topping. Evidently from the picture, the other 2 toppings were nowhere to be found on pizza. On calling their location (which I obtained the number from google) the attendent refused to listen to my complaint. She was responding well at first but as soon as I told her that I ordered from the ubereats which was only 10 secs into the call, she started responding rudely and said we don’t take customer complaints.. I asked for the contact of customer service she said they don’t have one if you order on ubereats. How is ubereats responsible if your food quality is not good? You guys were the one who prepared the order! She didn’t listen to whatever I said and bluntly told me you will not get the refund for which I didn’t even asked for yet. Very rude girl. Read moreMy wife and I were curious to try this place out since we received their flyer/coupons in the mail recently (first time we've seen it). The service is a tad on the slow side, possibly ordering ahead may yield in better service times. We ordered their 4-pack of sides special for $24.99 + HST and we ordered 2 slices as well for $1.50 each + HST. Their process for cooking/baking the 4-pack of sides took over 20 minutes, when the cashier said the wait time would be 15 minutes. All the 4 side dishes were baked (potato wedges/12 wings with honey garlic sauce/12 boneless wings with BBQ sauce/Onion rings). Took so long, let alone the 2 pizza slices we ordered (1 cheese slice & 1 veggie slice) which had to be warmed 2x since they took so darn long getting the 4-pack special done. By the time we got home..only the 12 wings with honey garlic sauce was still hot. Everything else had gotten cold and we only live 6 minutes away. Seems that the boneless wings were cooked first, since those were the coldest out of the 4, 2nd was the onion rings, the potato wedges were semi-warm (guess it was the 3rd item baked).
On a side note after checking receipt when we arrived home, we learned they over charged us on the on the slices. ($1.50 x 2) + 13% = $3.39, we were charged $3.50 I would recommend checking your receipt against what you ordered if you visit. If they over charged on a small 2 slice order..they may do similar on a larger order.
We didn't order a full sized pizza, so unable to comment on that. Seems that other Google foodies that have reviewed have given positive comments. May make a future visit to try out their Butter chicken pizza for a change of pace from our normal order of hawaiian pizza.

Just called 5 min before,Horrific call centre agent please teach your call centre agents better phone manners i spoke to someone and she was keep puting me on hold may be she was asking other lady what to answer and then lady name preet(thats what is said her name is before that she said that she is not suppose to give the name) As i ordered thru uber eats and put my home address instead of work address and i ask preet to connect my call to the store guess what she cant do that i told her i have uber eats order no i just my order to be delivered at the right address. Guys not only PREET but the first lady also they were poor in customer service skills. I have been working for more than 6 years in customer service. I asked PREET for manager and guess what manager is not there. Really!!!! I mean you cant connect my call to the store even tho i have order no and all the information u need that dumb lady were kept saying that we dont deal with uber,i dont want you to deal with uber i want you to deal with the store matter.
