Real Fruit Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Toronto

Me and my wife buy drinks from here now and then. As you can see from other comments, their service is hit or miss. And I find the quality of the drinks subpar compared to other Real Fruit locations.

I'm giving it one star however because of what I saw the other day. I was having lunch at the tall tables beside the stand as this was happening. There was a younger woman and an older woman working behind the stand. The younger lady was peeling mangoes and discarding them into a bin, I presume, behind the counter. In a 30 minute period, I saw the older woman spitting into the bucket at least 6 or 7 times during that period. It was pretty gross to see. And I'm sure she's not spitting into drinks, but it's a tight space behind the counter and too close in proximity to the food they're serving/preparing. I'm not familiar with food and health regulations, but it just doesn't seem like a good practice.

Needless to say, and to be safe, we won't be ordering drinks...

I would give it a zero if I could. The drinks at this location have been going downhill since the original owner stop working at the counter. They use to be great, and line ups would move very quickly. But now drinks are expensive and poorer quality. It's not thick like a smoothie! It more like an ice drinks with fruit. Today, I saw no line up and wanted to claim my free drink after purchasing 8 drinks over the past year. But was told they didn't honour the cards anymore. I told them the card doesn't have a expiry date! And they just stood there starring at me. I will be going elsewhere for my fruit smoothies. I recommend Kin Kin on the 2nd floor. It's much better quality and less expensive plus they honour their...

It was always good. But not today. I ordered a large black milk tea, but they didn't have Black tea at that moment. The guy use different tea bag for it. Without tells me. Then it comes white colour, the taste is different. Like milk + sugar. When I asked him, he told me the black tea would be ready after 5 minutes. Why you didn't tell me before but offer different products? I had to ask him add some black tea in it. Now it is like water.

If you do not have the right ingredients and can not provide the right product please don't provide to the customer.
