Management seriously needs to improve. I ordered a sesame bagel double toasted with cream cheese warmed up. And when I got home the bagel wasn’t even toasted. It wasn’t even busy when I went to pick up my order what were the employees doing that they couldn’t read my order notes? Service and work ethic needs to improve severely at this location. And sometimes I’ll order a chicken wrap without lettuce or tomato’s and I’ll still find lettuce and tomato’s. The employees need to pay attention to order notes because someone may have a food allergy. Sometimes the iced Capps taste like they’ve been sitting out all week too creamy and sweet or rotten cereal and milk.
Where is the leadership in this store? This store has no strong leadership. If the manager is seeing all the bad reviews and responding to them, and does nothing to change the way the store is run, he/she should be replaced for lack of effective leadership and interest in their job.
The employees talk to much instead of working and caring about their job or even cleaning up their work stations or keep the store clean and don’t care to restock sold out food or give quality. When I was working fast food we always made sure our food was stocked for customers we made sure when we had down time to keep the store clean. Also the windows and counters look like they’re never cleaned and there is always crumbs and garbage left at the tables it looks disgusting. Also this store should be playing the radio or some kind of background music for the customers to sit and enjoy it’s like this store has become a ghost town for only Indian and Muslim customers and not white, Asian or black customers. This should be a nice establishment for all Canadians it once used to be a nice establishment 15 years ago
