I had a horrible experience today at this location. I ordered at the drive thru - two Strawberry Acia Refreshers with light water and light ice. I received two Strawberry Acia Refreshers with lemonade and a normal amount of ice, not light. This drink was also not filled up all the way to the top. After telling the worker at the window that the drink was not filled up all the way to the top, that there was way too much ice, and the weird colour of it, he said this is how it is supposed to be. Then, we asked for a small cup filled with the base so that we could fill up ourselves since the drinks were not filled up and he gave us the base mixed with more lemonade. I drove away, then realized both drinks had the lemonade. This meant I had to go back all the way to this location, park, and go inside the store. Not only was this a waste of my time, this could have been avoided if the employee listened to our concerns about the drinks at the window. After waiting for the new drinks, they were still not full to the top and there were barely any strawberry inclusions. Another employee was making our new drinks and informed us that they were running low on the strawberry inclusions but no one told us that when we were ordering. Otherwise we would have switched it for a different inclusion if this was the case. I was not pleased with the customer service from some of the employees working today when I went.
