Today I ordered an English Muffin with egg. She had to microwave the bread cause it was frozen. It came out so nasty (bread barely staying together) and was unedible. On top of it she tries to charge me $6.50 for a $3 item (try using you head). They also did not enforce social distancing (during Covid-19), and I suddenly found myself surrounded by a dozen high school students mid order.
Everything they sell is frozen other than the loaves of bread they make, which makes their veggies gross at times. How the heck did Subway convince the public that eating a loaf of bread is healthy anyway? And as far as customer service goes, most of the staff are unpleasant and not very sharp, though I will say this location has 1 stand out employee (a friendly young man of middle east decent).

Read moreJanuary 20, 2023- I’ve frequented this location on more than one occasion. Tonight, I purchased two 6” sandwiches and a few cookies. My method of payment was debit (tap). My bill was initially $18.14 but when I finished tapping and got my receipt (which I’ll be attempting to add a copy of) I noticed that a tip amount of $3.26 was added to my bill which then changed my total to $21.40! Now I usually do not mind tipping, my issue is when it’s not my choice! When I asked the cashier why a tip amount was automatically added, she claimed that it was because of me pressing the tip option/amt while paying debit. I then reminded her that she just saw me use the “tap” feature to pay. She wasn’t really able to explain why I was charged automatically. She did refund me $3 but I still felt the need to make this review because if adding tips on a customers bill without their permission is something that subway (this location) normally does, then that is something they...
