4 Stars for food quality, but 0 stars for customer service (average of 2 stars).
Ever since this store moved to it's new location East of Keele, the customer service has gone downhill.
A few highlights of the negative experiences I've had include:
If you can get past the sub-standard service, the food and location are excellent. I mainly return here because it's location is so convient and in hopes the service has improved (which it never seems to). That said if time and distance aren't an issue, I'd rather go to the locations at Keele and Lawrence or Keele...

They never push things on you, and after they ask you ONCE if you want a Combo, they'll never ask again until the next time you visit. They don't do anything unnecessary and really let you run your own experience. I go here frequently, almost always grab a Meatball Marinara and French Vanilla Coffee, and I've seen around four different employees who I never have a bad time with. The fact that the store is a little tucked away and not close to the center of the city really lends it a relaxed atmosphere. It's seldom full of people, and is always a quiet, calm place to sit and...
