One of the worst experiences I've ever had. We ordered from the Subway app for takeout 35 minutes ahead of time around 8:45PM on July 16th for takeout and after 10-15 minutes, the app informed us the sub was ready for pickup. Even with the earlier time it stated it was finished, we still opted to arrive 30 minutes later from the ordering time as to give some leeway. However, as we got there, not ONLY is it not ready - but when we asked the girl at the front making the sandwiches, we were met with a screaming "no! it'll be done in 10-15 minutes!!". So we sat and waited, a little taken back by her service attitude for delayed food that she failed to prepare on time.. (we even came way later on purpose so it'll be ready!!). As we sat there & it dawned on us she'll keep making the sandwiches for the 4 people in the lineup before ours will even be touched, we proceeded to ask her if she can just give a refund as it is now almost 40 minutes now after waiting since we ordered the food and it was accepted and marked "completed". She screamed "huh?? NO!!" at us asking for a refund for an order that should have been COMPLETED and MARKED as completed but never even touched, let alone made. At this point, we got really impatient at her attitude and adamantly asked her to "CAN YOU just make ours now??" - to which she responded openly with nothing except grumbling "geezus" "oh my god" under her breath and giving death stares while finally proceeding to make our food, 35 minutes later than it was supposed to have been done. Might be also worth nothing that when we adamantly asked her to make the food now, the man that ordered ahead of us proceeded to say (surprise surprise!) "yea and she'll make it sloppily as she can for you guys too" before giving her a displeased look before heading out. In the end, we let the customers in the line know that our food was ordered actually much earlier and it was stated it was finished so we came for the pick up. They were understanding enough and we thank them for that. But to be clear, the fault was in no way ours and the person apologizing to the people in line should not have been us, but the person responsible. Even in the end we grabbed our food and said "thank you" to which she tossed aside and ignored us. From this experience, I can safely say we will never come back to this place and would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Having one employee at the location to work a night shift every weekend results in extremely unpleasant service and her attitude is just blatantly disrespectful and utterly...

That's a lie as I rarely visit there & that's the first she's explained it to me. She goes in the back and speaks in Italian about it to somebody thinking I don't understand what she is saying.
Next time I came back I was once again confused about the combo price & she once again states she tells me all the time which is another lie. She needs gets a pair of glasses if she believe just cause someone's skin color is the same, then they must be the same person. I told her once again I was not the same person.
There was another person behind me and he could speak English (as I heard him before explaining the sub choice to her). He speaks in Italian to her and I heard Bith (swear word will not spell it correctly as this review might get blocked) & combo for her voice.
I really wanted to tell this ugly old lady off but held back and told another employee. It really ticks me off that they do not speak in English when other people are around. It was clear they were talking about it me (the costumer). I'll be trying to look at a different...

I came back to this location and the first thing I saw was someone in the back using their phone then walk straight to the counter to put gloves on, no hand washing. Then all the vegetables were kind of mixed up and there was a little red dot of something in the spinach so I didn’t want to get it, as well as not properly wiped down sub area. The thing that tipped me off though and made me mad was he got a uber eats order, pressed the computer (cross contamination with cash you’re supposed to wash your hands) grabbed a receipt and put it in the sub area but the reciept was hanging down into the lettuce I almost wanted to tell him never mind I don’t want the sub anymore. I still like subway but I will never come to this location again and this shows how quality of a franchise is what really matters because if the company sends you the food and you don’t handle it properly...
