Mixed feelings about this establishment as it has become me and my boyfriend’s favourite Sunday night snack. We order the nachos almost every Sunday night. We always get a large and so far have been extremely impressed with the portion size and quality that we receive until tonight.

We ordered the same EXACT thing tonight and received a significantly smaller size. There was barely any meat or sauce and the presentation was quite underwhelming. We couldn’t even share because it was barely enough for one person.

We then called the store to let them know about this and the man on the phone said that we should order another time and he will “try to give us more”. Very disappointing given that we order so frequently and have previously left glowing reviews here.

UPDATE: We were contacted by management and offered complimentary nachos. Since then, we’ve ordered twice, and I’m happy to report that The Burrito Bros are still our Sunday guilty pleasure! The portion sizes were generous, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

Service was absolutely terrible after a full year of going to this place.

Asked if a discount could be applied as I do not have a Uber account.

Front cashier went back for approval, then came back and said yes to honouring the discount as I am unable to download an Uber account.

Once the cashier promptly proceeded to take my entire order I waited about 5 mins - then cashier could not figure out how to correct payment the manager came out and told me we could not do this discount, even though he just gave him full permission to do so - with detail of me being unable to use Uber.

I was so confused as to why this guy was being so extremely unethical after JUST saying yes to me 5 mins prior. I work using the same method of payment collect (pos machine) and you CAN adjust price to discounts. Keep in mind that this discount ran from 9-5, I arrived at 6:00pm

Loved this place, but the dispute over payment AFTER being promised the discount was absolutely disgusting. On top of the matter, the manager came out yelling.
