4⭐ - 01/26/2023 - We came here while passing by for dinner. It took awhile for us to be noticed and seated even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy. We ordered the Original Chicken, Soy Garlic Chicken, RosĂ© Rice Cake, and the Corn with Cheese. The order was prepared fairly quickly and it was quite filling. Original Chicken - Good. Tasted how it was supposed to taste. Not much feedback from me because I tend to pick sauced up chicken since I prefer sauce flavours on my chicken. Soy Garlic Chicken - Delicious. Packed more of a flavour and was my favourite between the two we ordered. RosĂ© Rice Cake - Delicious. My favourite dish of the day. We added hotdogs and thick noodles inside ours. I loved it and would get it again. Corn with Cheese - Good. The cheese was melted so it was quite good. I personally don’t order this often since I am not a huge fan. Overall I do recommend coming here if you’re in the area, this was my first time at this specific location, however I’ve been to their other locations before and had good reviews on each locations. I would come back again if I start craving.

DO NOT ORDER HERE

Their store service "does not keep promises" and don't know how to talk at all. I ordered the fried chicken with extra spicy, who ever picked up the phone gave me plain crispy chicken.

Of course, I was having a lot of expectation specially during the holiday and when I opened the box I was so disappointed, I called them and said they gave the wrong order. The person who picked up behaved politely enough and said next time I order they are going to give me some credit or discount.

Surprise! When I called the next day to order again another person picked up who was horrible, rude, and kept saying I ordered crispy chicekn and then said the person picked up said cryspy chicken while pickup; which is a complete turn around from the promise and made me explain the whole thing and then proceeded to repeat I ordered what I got!!

I was shocked from this kind of behavior as even if they could have just said that the other person didn't know properly or anything like that, she kept saying, "we wrote your name and phone doesn't mean we will give you any discounts"!!

So basically the first person just "misled" me to get me off the phone, even though she was polite. The second person however, does not deserve to be in customer service, during a holiday season to disappoint and behave in a horrible way. Sorry but even if your cooks are good with these kind of people who doesn't accept their own mistake and keep blaming customers, rude, shouts, and interrupts.

With that kind of cheating attitude should not be in customer service. Will not be ordering from this...

That was the single worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this location before and the food was great, so i brought a party of six people to eat here. First of all I called twice to try to make a reservation, the first two calls someone answered and hung up. On the third attempt I was told we don’t need a reservation since it won’t be busy at the time we were arriving. So I brought in a group of people, and we waited 20 minutes for someone to come take our order. In the meantime my friend slipped on their wet floor and fell quite hard, and the staff did not even respond although several other patrons checked in to make sure she was ok. As soon as she got up they put up a wet floor sign right where she fell and then proceeded to let us wait further to order. One of the party had an allergy question and was told they don’t know and can’t help. When he attempted to order an appetizer and some other items he knew would not trigger the allergy he was told nothing on the menu was available expect chicken because the kitchen was too busy. We didn’t even end up eating here, the entire party just left. I understand being short staffed and busy, but what upset me most was how rude and dismissive the staff were. I had built up everyone’s excitement for eating at this establishment and instead we wasted 30 minutes and one bruised bum being treated like we were a nuisance and our business wasn’t desired, while half a dozen food delivery couriers came in and out of the restaurant with orders. I will never go back to this location, this experience was...

Food : 3/10 Staff : 7/10 Atmosphere : 5/10

I want to start off when we came to this place it had a "conditional" pass for the food inspection test. We thought it would be fine since our goal was the fried chicken, boy were we wrong 2/6 of us got sick afterwards. Onto the meal! The staff was friendly although she doesn't speak English well, she does her best. We order garlic butter fries and two order of chicken, half original /half sauce. The free side dish that was serve with the meal were coleslaw, radish and corn with some sort of syrup. I found it to be too sweet for my taste, in fact the whole meal can be sum up with one word. Sweet! When the fries came out, it look good, but it was somehow sweet. It's like eating one of those Chinese sweet cracker. Im not sure how did butter garlic mean sweet, so we ask the staff if that's how it is and she agree it's suppose to be like that /shrug. It threw us off, but if that's how it suppose to taste we'll take the blame and say we miss order. The fried chicken itself was not very good. It was half original and half savoury. The savoury side of the chicken was a sweet sauce with a small kick of spice whilst the original was a bit bland.

Overall the experience was disappointing, their other menu item might be better but I cannot...
