Don't sleep on the breakfast offerings..yes they do breakfast! This is my second wknd having breakfast delivery. Both times with the callaloo&salt fish with provisions the first time it was OK i had more provisions than the main i was irritated about that ,it also came with a mini porridge which was soooo good. The callaloo was good fresh which is key and nicely seasoned. This morning I ordered the same thing but added on a fried dumpling but this time I added a note to add more of the main and half of the provision. Wow today's dish was even better than last week..love how they prepared this..only thing I was disappointed about was no porridge today it came with a water..but that's fine maybe they were just out..Anyway like I said don't sleep on the breakfast they have plenty of options from the national dish ackee and saltfish and everthing inbetween ..I'm actually going to message Uber eats because on the wknds or maybe even during the week they have a breakfast tab as an option not sure why this spot doesnt come up in the intial search..I'm going to suggest they add it. I went there to purchase two lunches. First turn off was the lack of customer service. The waitress doesn't greet you nor say thank you, nevertheless as the customer I did. Secondly she was singing to the music playing in the background while dishing out my food which made me question if these people are trained. I don't enjoy someone's saliva going into my food because they are singing to a vybz kartel song while dishing out my food. This is also a problem at the jane and lawrence location where these ladies are singing while dishing out food. Jerk box is on top of the game when it comes to their food being tasty but that day their BBQ chicken tasted horrible. Upon careful investigating I learnt that the owner mixes business and pleasure and that's the reason why these female employees act so ghetto and tasteless. am i a jerk for saying The Jerk Box was just OK? it meet all the expectations of fast food service in a mall. Clean. Ok chicken, but not exceptional. I wanted to eat chicken. And peas.
