No competition the best place to party on Thursday nights. security was kinda tight last time, did not allow lighters The sound system is really nice, evenly spread throughout the space. Quality, deep bass. The dancefloor is one of my favourites albeit it go ta little sticky by the end of the night. Bisexual lighting with fun little light cubes to stare at, also visual projection behind stage was alright. Even the bathroom lighting is uhh intriguiging. The crowd was really nice too, mostly very considerate Nitpicking when I say I wish they let me hydrate myself without having to bother the bartenders. 5 for coat check, accepts cards+ cash

Sometimes the decks are at the center of the venue for a 260/360 "immersive" stage which kinda lacks the same soundstage capabilities as having the decks on the usual stage

Very poor drink quality, especially when you are paying $12 - $15 per cocktail, overpriced beer options. Was very poorly lit and the only seating in the bar were empty booths that all had 'reserved' signs on them after midnight on a Saturday night. Photos made this place look a lot more upscale and even the drink menu was a lot more fleshed out than in person. Cocktail options only had the name of the drink, the base spirit, and the price (no indication of Oz, mix or style of any cocktail).

Staff were friendly, however being told this is an industry type bar and only finding 19 year olds being ripped off with terrible cocktails made it so that I just felt bad for the bartenders who ended up...

The libertine is a Toronto classic. A great venue that is intimate but just big enough at the same time. I came here because my friend Morano and Mike were DJing but the entire staff was fire.

To get in, the bouncers kept the line in check and he was quick and efficient. Kyle at the bar was fire and responsive along with all the lady bartenders. Shyanne and Aux also held it down and they made sure I was served promptly. Will I be coming back? YES. Will I recommend this place to...
