well i have been going there for a bit so far i have tried veal that was super tender i loved it.there t-bones are just fantastic and for the price c.a.b 99% of the time in stock tried there stewing beef it was nice large chunks very easy to get on the fork. there hamburger is amazing i useally stick to extra lean for meatballs and a mix of ground pork and extra lean for my burgers. there chicken breast bone in and boneless skinless is delicious and there seasoned wings are very flavourful but not heavy on the strong seasonings now my favorite is around the corner again thanksgiving turkey i get a 25 pounder every year for friends and family lets just say i have to fight to save some meat for turkey soup 3 times in 2 years made turkey for Thanksgiving and xmas all 3 times light season stuffed and came out flawless and super juicy all three times last xmas i changed it up i made a pinappled ham bone in turned out way better then i thought for a first time the piece i got was great just the right amount of fat and the bone turned into pork bone pea soup no pic sorry definitly go cheak the place out you will not be disappointed they even sell bags of cut bones that are just small enouph a shihtzu can eat easy takes mine a few days he loves em and at 2 bux a...

These people are the best. My go-to butcher shop. Amazing pork products, beef and chicken too (but no lamb). Dark meat aplenty, which is a nice change from big grocery stores. The meat is fresh, great quality, and at great prices. The deli meats are fresh and very flavourful (at least three kinds of smoked beef!). All kinds of rando cheese I've never heard of. Seafood (mostly frozen), some green grocer foods as well, and a bunch of Portuguese favourites shipped in for the ex-pats that are an interesting treat. The best custard tarts.

The people are awesome too, and if you flirt with the counter boys for long enough they will run out and give you gratis beef bones for your doge just to make you smile.

Not as much selection as the location on Bloor so if you're looking for side ribs or tortillas or gluten-free frozen cheese balls (???) head north. The staff there are super nice too, and ditto everything about the food.

Oh, and I've already badgered them (repeatedly) about putting their hours up on the website. I'm sure they'll get around to it...

Love this place and so happy to have it in the neighbourhood. I first took notice of Nosso Talho after it was renovated (a couple years ago I think?) and ever since then I’ve been shopping here regularly. Meat selection is great — you can get cuts like picanha that you can’t get at the big chain grocery stores — and prices are incredibly fair. I always get my steak cut to order (usually ribeye, usually 1.5”-2”) and it’s always delicious! Beyond meat, they also have an ever-growing selection of produce, cheese, snacks, baked goods, and pantry items. It seems every week their product selection is expanding and I love coming in to check out the new inventory. On top of everything, the staff are all super friendly and helpful — and also very responsive on social media! Their Instagram account is a great way to keep up to date on weekly and daily specials. This is a true neighbourhood gem that I can’t recommend...
