I got their signature Brown Sugar Boba milk tea (Iced) for $6+taxes. The taste itself is definitely 4 out of 5 stars. Is it worth it? Maybe 3 out of 5 stars for the price as their drink size is noticeably smaller than most of the bubble tea place. What annoyed me the most was their customer service skills (1.5 out of 5 stars). I went on a weekday around 1pm and I was the only customer when I walked in. I walked in there by myself with just my credit card and a $50 bill, no bags whatsoever. I ordered 4 drinks and paid with my credit card then waited for about 5 minutes for my drinks. The girl called my order number and I went up to the counter seeing my 4 drinks and 4 straws scattered on the counter, no bag nor a tray. I asked for a bag and the girl then told me I needed to pay 5cents for a bag. I really don't mind the extra 5cents for a bag to bring back my drinks but shouldn't you ask me when I placed the order before I paid? I was obviously by myself with no bags. How do you expect me to carry 4 drinks + 4 straws with 2 hands? At least give me a tray or something. Like really? Do I look like I have 4 hands? I told them I only have a credit card and a $50 bill with me. I told them they either have to take my $50 bill and give me back $49.95 or I pay them the 5cents with my credit card. At the end another lady came forward and said they would not charge me this time. I expect their staff to be trained better than this considering they are a big chain in Taiwan. A little more common sense would be appreciated. Would I come back or recommend to other people? Most likely not. At least not until they have trained their staff...

Most expensive bubble tea (chain) yet. They only have one size for all their drinks and there are two options hot or cold.

The drink is $6.50 + taxes, the size is about a medium/regular compared to many other chains out there.

No modifications available for their signature drink: Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cream Mousse.

If you want to make any modifications the closest to their signature drink would be (2) on their menu which is Brown Sugar Boba with Fresh Milk (without the mousse).

The boba is light and chewy, they give you two sizes apparently, I didn't notice the difference. They do give a lot of ice and it is quite sweet (especially given that you can't modify their signature drink).

The tea is warm of which they always instruct you to shake the bubble tea at least 15 times prior to consumption for the best experience (mixing all the ingredients).

The shop is quite small but limited to no modifications do help with the speed of service. Not recommended for anyone lactose intolerant, they don't have alternatives and no fruit juices based bubble tea either. They have four types: Brown Sugar Boba Series, Brown Sugar Pearl Series, Brown Sugar Tea Latte Series and Tea Series. (They only have green or black tea FYI).

Open from 12-10pm. I'd definitely say it is interesting to try but not quite luxurious enough or memorable enough for me to not get brown sugar boba bubble tea elsewhere at say The Alley, Coco, etc. Where the price is a little cheaper and I can have it a little less sweet,...

THEY TREATED ME LIKE A KING! Props to Violet and her lovely colleague for the amazing service when giving me the Mango Sago (or something like that). Before this, I had only been there once (that was a year ago) and after tonight, I will always go back here instead of Kung Fu Tea... sorry but someone had to say it...

I came in and there was no one so I asked them if they were open (because it was empty) and they said something like "yes, of course, all of this space is just for you"... the service was like that even through being indecisive and not knowing what to order. She gave me 3 options and then we cut it down from there until I picked the Mango Sago (or something like that). BEST refreshing/creamy bubble tea I have EVER had... it had mango slices and I added boba ('coz I am extra like that). I paid, sat down and looked around for literally 4 seconds (I kid you not) and it was all ready.

Till now I still don't know how they did it. I think that, while the Violet was taking my order, the lovely employee was preparing it. Either way, I was AMAZED that I literally sat down for 4 seconds and I had to stand up to get my drink. They didn't even give me time to get comfortable... hahahah

BEST BEST BEST!!! 5/5...

It was my first time trying Tiger Sugar, and I was super excited to try because a lot of people who I know tried it, and loved this brand. When we came, as expected being in the heart of downtown core, it was quite busy. The store is really small, an only offers a couple of bar stool seats. Their menu offers a variety of bubble tea options including their classic brown sugar series which would give you the signature brown sugar look. They also have different boba size options, but we decided to opt for the regular boba We got the classic brown sugar boba milk ($6.50) and I was honestly surprised by the tiger stripes. The bottom of the bbt was warm because of the fresh brown sugar boba they used. You have to shake it around 15 days (they even have instructions) before drinking, but if you want to take photos, try to get it fast as the brown sugar does slowly melt and the design would disappear after. I really like the drink, although it was mainly brown sugar based, I was really surprised that it wasn't too sweet. The tapioca was brown sugar based, so I felt most of the sweetness just came from them and not the drink. There was a good balance overall. Definitely worth a try and will be back! IG: Ayenomz

I have never written a negative review before and feel bad having to write this, but I do hope that the quality of the drink gets improved, as I have had a good experience at this location before. However, today, using UberEats I had ordered a BOGO Mango Coconut Jelly Jasmine Green Tea. When I started drinking the first one, it felt very bland and a little bitter (not the typical bitterness of tea). I did continue drinking it as I thought perhaps it wasn't mixed well, but it only started getting blander and worse. I decided to try the second cup, and to my surprise it was even worse, as if there was no mango syrup added. It is certainly not because of the 30% sugar I had selected as I have tried many fruit teas from other bubble tea brands and Tiger Sugar with even 0% sugar, and the fruit flavor still tasted amazing. However, it is clear that there was no mango flavor in my drinks, and I'm not sure why. Only giving 2 stars and not 1 because the cashier was very friendly the first time I came, and the drink was also good.
