If i could give a negative rating to this tim hortons, i would have did that. I placed an order for a wrap and bagel around 3 and stood there for 20 min and nobody cared enough to make it. After 20 min a guy came in the kitchen and started making DT orders. I mean seriously? You guys really don’t care about people standing on the counter just coz they are being patient with you?! There was an old couple who literally waited for more than half an hour, and the guy came out after so long and told him oh sorry we don’t have ham, after 30 min?! You didn’t realised you didn’t had his food for 30 min!?
I went to counter and said i don’t want the food and the lady is telling me there a huge DT line up and we are also human beings👏 but when it comes to Dt it didn’t felt like the customers were having any trouble there. When i expressed my concern about how people came after me has already got there food and left she said oh! How do you know? I was shook with a reply like this and seriously wanted to leave anyways i asked for refund and the manager apparently had no idea what she was doing felt like she is not properly trained as what to do in a situation like this.🙄 Didn’t even offered us anything for such a long wait time. You’re a fast food restaurant, do a better job at running it!
The customer service is the worst, i would really never visit this restaurant unless i am going through DT, atleast i would get my food and would not have to deal with imbecile people...
Read moreTerrible customer service. First I stood at the front waiting for someone to serve me for about 10 mins. No one even acknowledged my presence or said they'll be right with me even though I made eye contact with their manager. I didn't mention it. I opted to sit at the location and they took down my name and number as per usual. The manager informed me that I could sit there for 20 mins. I logged on my laptop to do work. After, I assume 20 mins, the manager told me my time is up. I looked around and the store was empty so I asked him if I could stay for another 20 as I was working and waiting for my wife to finish an appointment nearby. He said it is policy. I said I understood however I assume the policy was put in place to allow others a chance to sit and at 2pm on a Thursday it was pretty empty. He said no it's policy because they need to clean the place every 20 mins. I asked him if he can clean the seat and I'll sit for another 20 since I'm sure the appointment would be done and I'm in the middle of my work. He wouldn't listen to me. All he kept repeating was "store policy, store policy". I asked him to think logically but he refused. So I left. This is ridiculous. But its my fault. I should have gone to a Starbucks instead of Tim Hortons, where they employ individuals and not imbeciles. Ps. Managers name was Harish or...
Read moreYesterday, my visit to Tim Hortons turned into something truly special, all thanks to Jaspreet. She’s not just a crew member – she’s a ray of sunshine in the middle of a busy day! Her smile isn’t just a smile; it’s a genuine, warm welcome that immediately makes you feel like you’re in the right place. It’s rare to come across someone whose positive energy feels so effortless and authentic, but Jaspreet has truly mastered that art.
What stood out even more than her smile was her approach to service. She didn’t just take my order; she made the interaction feel personal and engaging. Even in the midst of what looked like a busy shift, she maintained a calm, cheerful vibe and ensured every detail of my order was perfect. There's a meticulous care in the way she treats customers, as if each person is her priority, and believe me, that kind of customer service isn’t something you find everywhere.
Jaspreet, you’re the kind of person who turns a simple coffee run into a memorable experience. Your mix of professionalism, kindness, and that radiant smile is a winning combination that makes this Tim Hortons location shine. Thank you for making my visit so delightful – your presence truly adds something special to the team. I can’t wait to come back, not just for the coffee but for the amazing...
