The workers are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. During Holidays they closed early, I understand that but at least they should have put a barrier or close sign in the drive through lane so people know they are closed. There was a big line up of cars unaware of the situation. I waited almost 15 min and then waited in front of the order boot for another 5 min. No one said they were closed. I went to the window, and I saw workers still there but didn't even open the window so that I could tell them to put a sign outside. They were very rude and unprofessional. The management team needs to retrain their crew or they will be famous as the worst Tim Hortons branch in the town. They employees need to learn customer service skill. Read moreFeb 28th around 10:10pm, l ordered a 2 coffee and 2 donuts by using my offers at the Tim’s app. This girl at the counter she was so rude, l was surprised because l am a regular customer here, my home is at walking distance from this tim and l come here all the time. My scan go through l was charged $5 which is what the offer said, so when l tried to pay they said that there pos machine is not working. I said them that’s fine, l can give you cash but she refused and charged me again, this time the scan did not work and l told her could you pls scan rewards point again and she started being rude all of sudden out nowhere.
