Absolutely Disgusting Experience
I went through the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons and was handed a flatbread pizza with a live cockroach inside the box. When I opened it and saw the roach crawling around, I was so startled I nearly crashed. To make it worse, the roach escaped from the box and was loose in my car.
I immediately complained to the manager, who was very understanding and offered me a gift card as an apology. While I appreciate their effort, my biggest concern was getting rid of the cockroach that they had just introduced into my vehicle. I was terrified it would show up unexpectedly while I was driving.
I followed up with Tims multiple times, hoping they would take responsibility and help with extermination. Instead, they told me they wouldnāt do anything because they ādidnāt find any more roachesā inside the restaurant. So, I was left to deal with the problemāand the costāon my own.
This is unacceptable and beyond disgusting. I used to be a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will never buy coffee or food from Tim Hortons again. The fact that a live cockroach made it into my order and was handed to me through the drive-thru is beyond concerning. How did no one notice?!

Tonight my family and I went through and the Indian lady that answered the drive through started with just, hi.. and after a few times then said, what do you want? Twice. I said I know Tim hortons trains you on what you're supposed to say on the drive through which is, welcome to Tim hortons, may I take your order and she repeated what I said. I then asked if there was someone else that could take my order and an Indian man came on. I told him the lady was very rude and he said,no, I heard her ask you for your order. I said yes, because she was repeating Me. I said that's okay, I'll just call the manager tomorrow and he laughed at us. Very rude customer service, they obviously don't take their job seriously or respect people. I've worked at timmies so I know how people are trained to take orders. I also see how they don't care if you speak to the manager which probably means they're related or good friends. I just thought people should know how these people treat their customers and I work in the area, I'll be going to Starbucks from now on. They at least are respectful to their customers and would never say, what do you want and laugh at you....

The guy behind it had just passed four coffees to a lady who looked like she was on her way to a fancy event. But when I came by after 2 seconds the employee lied and said she worked there and was just finishing her shift. I asked her outside she told me she didn't work there but just bought the coffees over their indoor fence. She suggested that I ask someone in the drive thru. That worked. I went back in to drink it and I see another employee serving food and drink to the Wendy's Manager. He didn't even charge that guy. I asked him why they lied about the first lady and served her and after that wouldn't serve me and later served this Wendy's Manager and not even make him pay. The employee said "sometimes life isn't fair". I think this is a case of racial descrimination. We were from two different ethnic groups. It never would have bothered me that we were from different ethnic groups but I guess by his treatment of me that he has these issues. I was treated poorly. I was shown no respect or decency.
