I had met Pamela several times over the years at the One of a Kind Show and always admired her streamlined and sculptural designs. I reached out to her in early December to find a necklace for a friend who lives in BC. Pamela was very patient and helpful as I choose the necklace and thoughtfully suggested more minimal packaging for ease of mailing and lower price of shipping, but still looked professional and beautiful. I did not think this process would be so quick and thus didn't have a Christmas card for my friend yet. Pamela had several lovely blank Christmas cards and I was able to choose one to send to my friend along with the necklace. The whole process was quick and smooth and lovely.

I also wanted to buy a necklace for myself which was the same design as my friend's but with a different gem and chain. Pamela was able to source a specific chain for me that was similar to a necklace I already wear but she did not have in stock. She ended up sourcing the perfect chain for me. In addition, she cleaned my own silver necklace (which I didn't even purchase from her), just because she is so nice and helpful and kind.

When I received my customized necklace, I was just really happy to get this beautiful piece, but in addition, it came in a lovely jewellery pouch that prevents tarnish. I also received a complimentary jewellery polishing cloth to keep all my jewellery looking beautiful. I should hasten to add that both of my necklace purchases were not expensive, but I was still treated as if I was buying a custom diamond ring! Let me start by saying it has been an absolute pleasure working with Pamela. My husband and I were less than a month away from our wedding day and still had not found a pair of wedding bands that we liked. We stumbled upon Pamela's site after seeing images of fingerprint engravings and really liked her "Edge" design. To say that we were impressed is an understatement as Pamela managed to create my ring based on an optical illusion we saw in one of her website's photos. I was initially concerned that Pamela would not be able to see what we saw but she blew us with her skill and artistry, and produced the rings that we've always wanted. It was as if she copied the exact image I had in my mind.

We can see that Pamela takes extreme pride in her work. She is always prompt with emails (sometimes within minutes of responding) and when the fingerprint engraving on my ring did not turn out as well as she liked, she gave us multiple options as, in her words, she cannot present a client with something that she, herself would not wear. I've gotten so many compliments on how unique my ring is and my husband (who has never worn rings) is over the moon with his. But most importantly, we love our wedding bands and love that we will wear them forever.

I came to Pamela with a very short deadline and very specific idea of how I wanted my engagement ring and wedding band to look. The designer I initially had said last minute she couldn’t meet our deadline which left me in a bind. I started googling and reading reviews and calling around, but my deadline was too tight for most jewellers. Then I called Pamela after reading all her great reviews and feature in Blog TO. From the moment I called her and explained what I wanted and gave her my deadline, we immediately started designing my rings. She was very specific about explaining how to create my dream rings and how to stay within our budget. She was extremely responsive and detailed in all our communication and listened to exactly what I wanted. She perfectly fused my fiancées Irish heritage and my Indian heritage and involved me in the design process every step of the way. The attention to detail and accuracy of executing my vision was spot on. My ring looks like it took months to design and create. I appreciate that Pamela prioritized making my ring even though she is busy. Today I went in to pick up my engagement ring and was blown away!
