I recently visited the Tim Hortons at 1641 Markham Road and I must express my dissatisfaction with the service. As a key and pivotal location, I expected a consistent quality of service, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
The quality of service varies significantly, and the moods of the different representatives are quite inconsistent. It feels frustrating to place an order only to find that itās not available or that it has been prepared poorly. I come here expecting to quickly get my order and go about my day, not to be someone's therapist or to deal with fluctuating attitudes.
The next issue Iām going to discuss is its lack of available menu items that are included and special promotions via weekly promotion for the reward system.
This type of behaviour and exclusion takes away from the Tim Hortons brand when a person travels and goes out of their way to visit this particular location then our disappointed leave with a slight depending on the situation resentment.
I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the consistency and professionalism of the service. A more reliable experience would certainly make a big...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLast weekend there was an issue- the employee did not close the lid of the tea properly and while getting the cup, the lid opened and fell on my husband. It could have been bad burns but he was wearing thick jeans so probably got saved. We spoke with the manager about training their employees and then the owner called with the attitude that it happens and my husband spilled it and as if it was our fault. I was quite upset and told him to be first empathetic and take the ownership. Anyway that issue was resolved (no we did not accept any compensation at all, that was not the purpose). And now today, we go through the drive through, ask for the loaded box and they say there is no hash brown. At the window when I asked howcome in the morning they have run out of the breakfast, they said it will take time to make hash brown and that is why they said they don't have it. I was like- give me the option if I still want it or not, instead saying no we dont have it. What kind of customer service is our Canadian Tim Hortons...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo yourself a favor, don't place any mobile orders at this location. I think the online ordering should be shut down for this location.
In my experience, I placed an order online for pick up. I arrived at the restaurant to pick up the order.
First response "We don't have sandwiches" Second response "Can you come tomorrow for the order?"
At that point I just wanted a refund for the order I placed and get out of there.
So I order, I pay. There's no food. And I can't get a refund, because I placed the order online! The store employees say I have to request for refund online!
I contact online support regarding this, they say I have to go back to store to get the refund.
Tim Hortons get stuff together. At least have the courtesy to reach out to the customer and let them know sorry we have an issue with the order, we ran out bread, or sauce or something.
I've had other issues here before. I don't want anyone else to go through what I had...
