Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

Today I ordered 2 medium regular coffees, Farmer wrap and potato wedges. The lady who took my order was very rude. First off all she took my wrong order and she gave me muffin instead of farmer wrap. Then she was making bad face expressions. I always order farmer wrap from there but she told that i said egg n cheese muffin,which i never ordered before and even i don’t know about that. Then i told her to scan and she said it’s paid now and bcz of that i can’t see my winning rewards now. So my 4 roll ups went waste bcz of her. She should have been told me that we need to scan. Even she checked my account on my phone but she never asked for scan. I love this location but from now i will never come to this location just...

Ordered ham and cheddar sandwich and after I drove off realized there was no meat in it. Another time ordered double double and got black coffee( saw it after I drove away already)! Personnel is not trained here! There was a girl in front of me, ordered iced latte. The same Tim's employee who made my "sandwich", gave her cup of milk with ice only!!! Forgot to put coffee in the drink!!! How is this possible?!?! I would like to know who the manager here is and how they train their employees. I would suggest him/her to walk down the street and check Tim Hortons at 150 Parklawn. Great customer service, fast, correct order... Very rude and aggressive. I came in at 4:30 pm Aug 3 2023 and she gave me dirty looks I felt very uncomfortable, my husband asked if he can amend his order she said it's too late and then threw out food on the counter we didn't even know it was ours until after she pointed at it that our foods there. At first I thought she's on the spectrum because she didn't make eye contact and I told my husband not to let it upset him, but when she started to give me dirty looks and behave so aggressive I realised she has an attitude problem.
