Update 2025. Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese Which I haven't order for a long time. Surprised how much less the amount of cream cheese they put it in. Barely cover half of the area of the bagel. In my memory it used to be A lot so thick. How far back tim Horton can go before your customer completely abandon you!

Watching the First snow 2021 with a cup of coffee and croissant! I live cross street and been here since they opened 8 years ago. The reason I took one star off is the coffee was really bad, I ordered a medium coffee with two cream, I couldn't even taste the coffee it is so diluded. The lady was very nice, she agreed to replace it with a small dark rose with one cream, even though it's still so weak. I started come to Timy less frequent since they took the pecan danish off the shelve replaced with bunch of heavily sugared and colored junk, now they are cutting the quality of what they name themself for. How low you can get? Does the corporation even care about the quality of their product? Or cuatomers just lost their...

The coffee taste terrible at this location and this location sells espresso americano with only one shot and that waters it down to water the flavour which is not a americano standard. Every time I go here the coffee taste different from the other locations in a bad way. Let alone the espresso so expensive. I guess they are using the bad bag quality version these days of the coffee. Waste of money. You are better off going to the 16 queens quay location where wastin castle is. The coffee there tastes like coffee for same price… like how do you guys as owners think it’s okay to sell this low quality garbage tasting coffee beans that other Tim Hortons don’t sell? like use the high quality of your brand you guys are a busy location. Also sometimes slow staff. Also one time I placed an order for this location by accident and the employee said they couldn’t refund me as I called and went it and called Tim hortons to resolve it as they told me to go in. Rudest guy ever. The place is empty except myself and a few other people escaping the rain and this employee comes around and trys to kick people out because they're playing cards and apparently it's illegal. He even goes so far as to call the police on them (he had a phone anyway but they didn't show up despite having a unit literally across the street because this guys a moron obviously). When another customer came to their defence asking politely what was wrong with playing cards the employee yelled at him too saying if he didn't mind his own business and shut up he'd kick him out and call the police again.

This man is a loon. Kept saying he was a manager but the other employees say he's not and when asked his name he says it so fast no one can understand it. When someone tried asking the other employees for his name and to see a manager he yelled at his fellow employees and told them not to speak to the customers.

Be care fully walking into this place. The guys definitely unstable and likely to call the cops on you for being a decent...
