Had a bad experience ordering for delivery from this place. Their online ordering system is flawed, after we entered all the correct information and placed the order we ended up waiting for more than an hour longer than the estimated time they specified. After waiting for some time and yet to receive the pizza we got curious and called them to ask why it's taking so long, they told us that the pizza was delivered, but we never got a call from the delivery guy we then asked why didn't the delivery guy notify us that it was delivered and we specifically requested to deliver it from our door and not the lobby of our condo. They told us that the delivery guy wasn't able to reach my phone (which I highly doubt as I never had any signal issues with my phone that day) and they couldn't deliver it our door because they said we didn't provide our unit number (but in fact we actually provided it on their online delivery system but apparently it didn't show up) They told us they left the pizza at the lobby with our security at this point we were really hungry and upset after much anticipation we went down to the security to get our pizza when we got there security told us that it's been there for quite some time, we then head up to our place and at this point we were really hungry and expecting a cold pizza and thinking that things couldn't get any qorse after that, to our surprised the pizza looked like it was thrown around, after seeing that we lost our appetite, we couldn't believe how horribly it can go wrong for simply just wanting to...

BUYER BEWARE By far the most unorganized pizza experience. I Ordered pizza online, and showed up late to pick it up. The men working were literally dancing around laughing. No one doing their jobs.

I get it, it’s a Saturday night and you want to go out, at least turn off your online ordering. It took these men 13 minutes front start to finish (I am not exaggerating )to make me the pizza from start to finish. Dough to RAW and FORGOT toppings I PAID FOR.

These people don’t know how to make pizza and will rip you off. Pizza came out of the OVEN COLD, RAW. These people DONT CARE. You are probably a tourist and don’t care too. Eat your raw pizza here. Worst possible customer service in the city of Toronto.

EDIT.* I wanted to give a 1 star, but the man making the pizza ran away when I called him out for giving me a raw pizza. I changed my rating to 2 stars because the poor girl at the cash was trying very hard to explain why she wouldn’t take off the bill the mushrooms I paid for that didn’t make it to the pizza.she is unauthorized to take items I paid for but DIDN’T GET Off the bill. She tried hard to...

Review of delivery service from Pizzaiolo at Reese Street and Queens Quay: We ordered our pizza last night at 4:55 and eventually, after two tries, received the end burnt product at 6:45. That's a wait of almost 2 hours for a burnt pizza! Our first delivery came after an hour and 5 minutes, and the pizza was cold. When we called in, it took a while, yet they eventually agreed to send a new pizza. The second pizza arrived in about 40 minutes. We brought it in. We thought...yes, it's hot! Then discovered that it was burnt and black on the bottom. I feel like they just reheated our last pizza. We ate it anyways as we were so hungry at that point. We...as well as friends in the neighbourhood have had numerous similar experiences with this location in the past. Yet, just thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt. Definitely won't order delivery from that location ever again! It's not all bad though...their walk-in slice service is great! Friendly...

We're regulars at Pizzaiolo for quick and satisfying slices, but our recent experience fell short. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to see flies buzzing around the pizzas. When we alerted the staff member, he surprisingly didn't take any action to address the issue or ensure food safety. We decided to order a fresh pizza, but unfortunately, it was prepared lacklusterly - it felt like something was missing. The crust, sauce, cheese, or toppings seemed unbalanced, lacking the usual Pizzaiolo flair. Key concerns: - Flies near food - Staff inaction on food safety - Poor customer service

I visited this place on a weekday for my lunch. The place is situated near the Harborfront and I was there for a business visit. The place has a very limited seating and is mostly good for takeout only. They have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options in pizza. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. I tried one slice of each Spinotta and Casino Pizza. The size of the slice was really huge. The crust was thick and pizza had generous amount of toppings. So, having two slices at a time was kinda a challenge for me. The taste was average though for both variants.

I love Pizzaiolo on a regular day but love them even more, now that I found out they have cauliflower crust!!!! (I'm keto, so it's very exciting for me!) It's about $14 for the pizza but they charge about $2 extra for each topping (including cheese!). So a regular medium pepperoni pizza came up to $20 (with tax) but it's also smaller than their regular size. At the first bite, it didn't taste like cauliflower but I could tast it afterwards, good thing I ordered thin crust. But it was still a very good low carb option. I'd order it again!
