Avoid this location at all costs… I keep on giving them the benefit of the doubt for their mistakes, but I give up. There’re only three employees most of the time. Today was Boxing Day, almost no customers inside, only one of the three on the cash, and I waited more than 12 minutes for them to give me my breakfast wrap, and although I purchased the farmers wrap combo, I never got my coffee!!! When I said where’s my coffee, the employee said the cashier never charged me for it. Was that my problem? No, because I ordered a medium regular coffee. The woman on cash was sleepy and looked tired, however, that’s not my problem either. After she took my order, she went into the back area. And the one who gave me my order, instead of apologizing and giving me a coffee, kept on saying she never charged me for it!!! I would have paid, but why was she fighting with me? I have a right to complain if I wait so long when nobody is in the restaurant and if I am not happy with the service. Everybody who came after me got served and they took their purchase and left. I think the owner should train the staff better. I can easily say this was the only Tim Horton’s restaurant I’ve had bad experiences in. Never again will I go in and buy from them again and I will be calling Tim Horton’s head office.
It should also be compulsory for employees to wear name tags so that we know exactly who to complain about. I see that Tim Horton’s does not enforce their employees to wear name tags. Some wear them, some wear the tags backwards so nobody can see the name, and some just don’t wear them at all. I blame the owner for not caring enough about this branch. Read moreI am an regular customer from past 2 years but the new manager is very rude. This location used to be my favorite as I work nearby. The employee and supervisor are overworked here and the manager is never there to help the team. There are only two people working in the morning and its always one team member and one supervisor and poor of them keep running everywhere and try their level best with the service and food. I highly appreciate their hardwork. But want to ask why manager is never there in rush timing? Why is it always team member and supervisor? The team is always cheerful. They have limited staff and each one of them is very good and friendly but manager whenever she is taking order is very rude and has bad temper and attitude for no reason. Read moreI work nearby, the service is not fast at all! In fact I was shocked to read several comments referring to this location as fast. I'm in 2x or 3x a day sometimes just to pick up a coffee. I've seen staff on the phone, staff mopping and emptying garbage cans, refilling the stations with a LINE UP out the door and ONE cashier. 10 minutes it takes to just order a Med DRDD. Often when I do order food my order is incorrect. I've received the wrong bagel, tomato when I've stated an avoidance to it, regular instead of dark roast for examples. Also, I've over heard rude comments made between staff members about other staff members, about customers, eye rolls when they are asked to wait for a break. I work retail nearby, it isn't always easy, I get it, but I couldn't tell you who the manager was at all by observing the workers in there.
