Just noticed this new restaurant in a small automotive plaza in Scarborough. I ordered some jerk chicken, rice and peas. The chicken was off the bone, cooked beautifully. The jerk seasoning was delicious, maybe the best I’ve had! The owners were delightful. It’s a bit hard to see this restaurant on busy Kingston road, but definitely worth stopping in and picking some food up to take home! Get your oil changed while you’re waiting next door at Kavins. Visiting from Calgary. Had to get authentic food while here. Been here a week and a stranger told me about this place. Rushed right over as it was 7 min away the whole time while I was having second best!! Had fry chicken and curry goat with rice and peas oooh my!!! and my appetizer was fry salt fish and dumplin.. Wow. Everything was excellent! Including the customer service! Thanks stranger and Times!!...

The customer service here is amazing. The owners seem like some of the most kind people in the entire service industry.

The jerk chicken, rice and peas, plantain and coleslaw are all solid. Probably the best coleslaw I’ve ever had actually. One thing is that the oxtail gravy is a bit sweet for me, I wish it was a little more savoury. Still, fantastic place I will be back at for sure. Highly...
