Wendy's — Restaurant in Toronto

Waited over 15 minutes at the Wendy’s drive-thru on 18th October 2025 around 11pm to pick up a SkipTheDishes order while the staff completely ignored me, even though they clearly saw me standing in the cold at the window. There were two girls chatting, and one of them made eye contact with me several times (5–6 times) but later lied that she didn’t see me. When I knocked, they said they’d only give the order if I came by car or we open the window after knocking . After all these they had the order ready and they still refused to hand over the order. When the SkipTheDishes representative called the restaurant, the same employee lied again, claiming I used vulgar words, which is completely false. I strongly request the store manager and Wendy’s management to investigate this incident and take strict action against such unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. I have never had a Wendys breakfast so I thought I would try it. The Baconater sandwich looked good, so I ordered one with a large white milk and a medium black coffee. The pleasant girl at the counter punched my order in and I noticed something about a potato dish in the instant that I saw my order on the screen, so when she handed me the bill, I checked it and sure enough, there was some potato thing on it. I pointed this out to the young lady taking my order, repeating my order a second time and she pleasantly told me she would correct it. When my order came, minus the coffee and the milk, sure enough, it came with these damned potatos! I once again repeated what I had ordered. Was she just not paying attention to me? I took my kids there twice in the past month as a treat on the weekends. Normally we would just do drive through but each time I decided to dine in. The service was ok considering I ordered through the self ordering system. Food was fresh and hot. My complaint would be that the dining area was not clean or appeared to be cleaned on. The weeks we went it wasn’t busy. There could have been an employee to go and wipe down the tables and chairs. Pick up the food and trash off the floors and mop the floor. The floors were extremely slippery. The soft drink fountain was filthy and sticky as if no one had wiped it down. The condiments were not fillers and the cutlery bins were empty.
