Make sure you know the sizes of what you are ordering with regards to drinks because the staff don't seem to know the difference. Called and spoke to the "manager" who has no knowledge of good customer service practices about an order that was messed up. He told me to come by and tell them they owe me an item without giving me his name and taking my information. I said, "and if your staff gives me a hard time without a reference, who is going to pay for my wasted gas and time"? He ignored the comment. I asked him what his drink sizes were and instead of answering me he asked why? If you want to deal with people who care about return business, go elsewhere. A simple apology and correcting the mistake politely goes a long way. Made the mistake of returning because I was told they were under new management. I ordered Chilli Cheese Nachos and got chilli cheese fries. I was very disappointed but thought I would try them, only to be sick to my stomach since. Thanks Wendy's. Awesome job! My daughter was craving Wendy's tonight. I prefer the Rexdale location as the people there take pride in their job and show it by the way they treat their customers. So we went through the drive thru. The order taker gave me the wrong combo and charged me for the wrong combo. Upon checking my order, my daughter realized that mine was the wrong order...so we went back. The girl second guessed me and I told her that I do not eat spicy food nor did I order that combo. "Okay, I will get you a replacement". Then I said, "and you can reimburse me for the over charge". She fought with me about that. Well on our machine it says, 11 something so the sign in the drive thru is wrong. We can't give it to you for that price. "It's false advertising. So then you can refund me my entire order". "Ok ok" and passes me .75 cents..."Um no, it is a lot more than that", I say. After about 10 minutes of arguing with them and asking them if they know basic math, I got my money back. I like going there for their special edition stuff, but this location is trash, This is the second time Iāve had a issue with them forgetting an item and this time I called because I just finished a 16 hour shift and I was cranky and tired and all I wanted was some chicken nuggets and guess what wasnāt in the bagā¦. My nuggets. I told them I would come back because the salad also didnāt have chicken in it for my grandfather and they said yeah we gave you three bags. I only got two. I recited my whole order. I was just there told them I would drive there after they told me I could come back the next day (we all know that isnāt happening). You know, they were only gonna replace the chicken nuggets and the chicken missing salad, even though I worked in the food industry before, and if you made a mistake the whole meal would be replace because who wants to eat cold food when they get back? this bounty I spent basically 50 dollars on⦠fine Iām OK with that. All I really care about is the fact the chicken wasnāt in the salad and I didnāt get the nuggets I needed that I was so desperately craving, There was no receipt in the bag. I got there. They told me that they know better that there is always receipt in the bag. You know what also wasnāt in the bag??? MY NUGGETS so clearly they donāt know what theyāre doing. If I was so desperate for a free meal why would I drive fifteen minutes back?WHY WOULD I BRING THE SALAD WHEN YOU NEVER TOLD ME TO ON THE PHONE. Will never go again, and would never recommend. Honestly just done with the whole franchise, always an issue. Also here is my bank telling me I was just there so thanks a bunch for wasting my time.

I ordered a Triple Asiago Cheeseburger. Finally got the order, drove off and had to turn back because there was only one patty, not three. Now I had to park, and walk into the store to get my order fixed. (How much more of my time can be wasted, I ask myself.) Now I'm waiting for my replacement burger. I see what looks to be the burger sitting on the counter in open air. The counter girl is filling drinks and uninterested in trying to solve the error expediently. At long last she notices it and as she passes it to me, she asks nonchalantly, "Do you want a Frosty or something?". I just grabbed my burger and left. I was starving and all I wanted to do is get on my way and get to eating the burger that I ordered and paid for. Sadly, as a result of this location not caring about what they do, I also ended up eating cold fries. Wendy's Corporate should hire a mystery shopper service, or get the management from the Dufferin and Lawrence location to bring up the standard here. I've gone to Dufferin and Lawrence location almost once per month for several years, as it is close to my work, and I can't recall a single error with my order. They get it.
