We ordered last January 7 on this store, it’s a big order and they forgot our Large Fries. I called the store to tell them that they forgot our Large fries, it’s a not a big deal then but the manager I was talking on the phone told me that we can pick it up the next time we will order and they took my name. To which we agreed, and just today January 29th I went there to order some food again and I calmly told the staff on the speaker that I have a Large fries that they forgot on our order last time and my name.
The manager who’s on duty around 4:40ish told me a lot of different names even if I told her my name and then after that she just told me that she don’t have my name and that she can’t do anything about it! Like literally NOTHING. That there is only 2 managers in the store and she can’t contact the other one to verify.
I even showed my previous receipt as a proof and she just said no I can’t do anything about it. How are you a manager if you can’t do anything about something to cater your customers at the very least.
Atleast try to do something but no, you can’t find the name and you’re not going to do anything about it. Wow what a nice service!
We’ll never come back to this garbage store! How can you expect a respect from a customers when you can’t even listen to them and try to do something. Total garbage!
In the first place when I called YOU OFFERED to have it picked up the next time and now I drove 20mins to pick it up you’re just going to say that I don’t have your name on it.

Was think of making this place a regular lunch location but was harass by a mentally disturbed man, who shouted "CASA LAMA!" or Casanova or Casinorama or something along those line repeatedly within inches of (spit flying in)my face, he then 'pressed' his fist against my face.
I informed an employee who brought over a manager who did not remove the individual but simply told him that if he "shouts again he has to leave'.
I am disappointed by this response. I imagine that for this location a good chunk of weekday lunch customers are office workers from nearby buildings on their lunch break (in additional to nearby students on their lunch period) who do not want to be harassed in their 30min-1hr of peace.
This reflects poorly on the restaurant, especially so when there's is a Harvey's and Subway less than 100 paces away on another parking lot. Working people on lunch break tends to be excellent customers for establishments like wendy's because they tend to be frequent customers that orders quickly, eats quickly and not loiter.
On a positive note, the staff were very quick with orders despite a high volume of customers. So an extra Star over 1 for that.

I went to the Scarborough location and I ordered 2 sandwich for 2 people , an I got the window and gave me the 2 sandwich so I ask may I get my 2 free potatos, clerk said hold on I'll be right back , came back said there's 3 mins wait on potatos I had said okay np, so I proceed to ask "how come this location isn't offering free potatos" With the sign right in front of me .
Then the manager came with the potatoe only one order so I ask for my second order he then said it's one order per customer with one sandwich, I had bought 2 , Then said to read fine print, one order per person . I was buying for 2 person not one . N proceed to argue with me about how much I should get and that not everyone eats potatos so I should ask when I order . So I mentioned shouldn't you be advertise it over the Mircophonw when I order just incase I don't eat potatoes I can say no .
