Famoso Italian Pizzeria - Willowbrook — Restaurant in Township of Langley

I want to start by saying the server was great but unfortunately that doesn't make up for the horrendous pizza. First we started with a half Caesar salad and mozza balls. The mozza balls came out about 10 minutes before the salad. Then the salad shows up with virtually no dressing whatsoever. After the appys were done one of the pizzas came out then 10 minutes later the second one came. The BBQ chicken pizza did not taste good at all, the BBQ sauce was definitely grocery store. Picked up an order of Four Cheese and Bbq Chicken and the taste of the four cheese was off so we didn’t eat it. We order from here all the time! Two days after the Bbq Chicken pizza had mold on it. I called to let them know and the girl said we will make sure the kitchen fixes the problem and makes sure they have fresh ingredients for future customers! I said well you just lost a regular customer! She said ya sorry about that!!! Very poor customer service! Won’t be going there again!

The pizza and appetizer were great but the customer service was horrible. We ordered our Appetizer before the main but the appetizer showed up with the pizza. The server said that everything came out at once but I find that hard to belive because the pizza had cooled down but the appetizer was hot. Not once were we asked how the food was and never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks.
