Willowbrook Art Gallery & Framing — Attraction in Township of Langley

Hi everyone! I’m pleased to share with you all that I had a warm & fuzzy experience at Willowbrook Art Gallery through their online store! They popped to the top of my Google search when I researched an otherwise sold out item. To my surprise, they had in-stock: Ariel’s Dream by Bradford Exchange! I emailed the company & immediately Luke emailed me back. He was so kind to answer my questions & send me the specific photos as I had requested (I’m kinda particular, eh Luke?!). I was very pleased with the quick responses I received! I took a leap of faith (I live in Ontario) & placed my order! It was confirmed immediately & it was packaged & dropped off to the post office within a couple of hours! Yes, that’s right! Within a couple of hours: I had communication from a caring employee, received photos, paid & had my parcel delivered to the post office!!! If this isn’t PHENOMENAL customer service, I don’t know what is! We were looking for a Art Gallery to replace a couple of our pictures as did updates in lighting. Found Willow brook Art Gallery in Langley, B.C. The site gave us a excellent presentation what they have in the store and after checking reviews decided to make a trip to this city's mall. We looked at many pictures and found the owner had a very good selection and inventory. Front counter girl was friendly and pleasant and knowledgeable and I requested to talk to the owner about a picture. The owner had very excellent advise and was quick to show us different frames and enlargements and certain non-glare glass for our picture. His suggestions were not pushy, but logical and added to our chosen picture. We were very surprised to receive a pickup message before the date he gave us. We were very satisfied with his demeanor, knowledge and quality of his frames and workmanship. Would recommend this art gallery and picture framing for all seize ;as well as other culture gift items. We have used Willowbrook Art Gallery & Framing several times now and have always found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. On this occasion, one of our pictures was knocked off the wall, breaking the glass and the plastic frame. The owner was able to find replacement framing material that closely matched the original. We went ahead with replacing the glass and the frame.

The next day we brought a sister picture in to have its plastic frame replaced with the same material as the first. We found the total cost very reasonable and the time to complete the order very quick. As an added touch, when we picked up the two pictures, they gave us a set of stronger picture hangers and suggested a better way to hang them.
