Worst McDonalds, team leader and counter staff. Ordered double big mac meal and was given only one patty where it should have been two. Fries were not as hot as it should be. When I realized that they gave us a regular big Mac vs double big mac, I had to go back to the order desk and requested more patties since they gave me the wrong one. Instead of making a new one, they just added two extra patties to the regular big Mac that was getting colder. By the time I went back to my seat, the fries for my meal was cold so I had to go back and request new ones since it was their error that caused me to keep going back to the counter. The team leader said the fries she gave me was hot and I said it wasn't. I requested that she make me a fresh one. She finally did. It was the worst customer service coming from a team leader. I would have thought she would not talking back to me and just give me a fresh hot French fries. Secondly, when I went back to finally start eating my meal, another customer dropped her milkshake onto the floor. The worker came out with a mop and mopped it up back not well. Milkshake residue still all over the floor, legs of the seats and some walls. It is still dirty. Since this occurrence I looked around this restaurant and noticed it is very dirty. Bathrooms dirty also. It appears management here not so good. They seem to just do the minimum to clean the restaurant and to serve customers. I will never go back to this location. I would recommend customers to avoid this one. If you end up coming here, check your order to make sure you got the right one and number of patties or the type chicken/beef in your order. I'll preface this by saying my friend and I tried this place for 1 full work week as a stop on our way to work at 8:30AM to avoid lines at other McDonalds and to give benefit to them for maybe changing. Every day was the same. All we order are two coffees with muffins.
SERVICE: There are two staff people in there, one manning the till, the other cooking. At most there are maybe 2 people in line, but usually no one at that time. Still it takes forever to punch in the order.
QUALITY: Then she goes to make the coffees, which for some reason she spills coffee ALL over the sides of the cup because she turns the canteen over on its side with the lid off, not using the spout like a civilized human. If she manages to get the coffee in the cup, it is hit and miss as to whether the coffee is filled up. I have had the coffee level 3 cms from the top.
CLEANLINESS: I wish I took a picture but that is just rude. I'll try to explain though. The kitchen in plain view of the front has their service carts just lined in their walking areas. Bags of buns are untidy, as if kids raided the bread box and left bags open and didn't put the ties back on. Drink lids are everywhere, and it looks like no one has mopped the floor in weeks. Imagine the grossest dive diner in the middle of nowhere, and that will be close to what this McDonalds looks like.
Keep in mind, again this is from the perspective of 8:30 AM. One would think that all their stuff was cleaned and put away the night before, but no. Everything is just as untidy and gross looking each morning.

Customers with food allergy should not be going to fast food restaurants says the supervisor.
I decided to make a review and I took a photo of the front end restaurant and the supervisor harassed me that customers have no right to take photos of their front end restaurants and to delete the photo. We are only allowed to take photo of the food and that is it. Continuing to harass me saying I texted the photo and not deleting the photo for over ten mins. Shift supervisor decided to stop working to come and continue to harass me even though all other customers in the restaurant are recording and taking photos for their own personal reasons, the restaurant employee continued to focus on me about a photo. My question to her was, what is the difference of myself taking a photo even though I crop the employees out of the picture and showed her that other customer are no recording us and taking photos. Not to worry McDonald’s this supervisor and store manager can keep their big egos as they work for the public serving the public your face is the image of this store service. Which is serving safe food, respecting our customers and employees and delivering outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value.
