I won't give a one because we did eat the pizza. I traveled the country for my work and have a favorite Pizza place in many cities, so I kinda love pizza. Here is my review: Been going to other pizzeria in the local area, which all have a different crust and flavor profile but you find the ones you like. Which most people will agree on. Now the comparison. There is a Panago Pizza at the Abbotsford Canucks hockey food court, which we have had several times. It has been good every time, right up there with my favorites. We have had the New York Deli and Hawaiian, both were cooked nicely and a good balance toppings. The Hawaiian has more than the standard load of cheese with a nice pull to it as you would expect. The Deli was good, period. They both had a nice chew with some exposed crust for you bread lovers, but not a jaw workout. So.....we figure the local Panago must be the same, it is a franchise after all?! Simply put, the pizza was hard work to chew and the toppings were just not up to a standard I expect anywhere. Cooked a bit much on the bottom then gets doughy and tough as it progresses thru to the toppings. Should they not be able to replicate a franchise standard? I hope they can fix their issues, maybe I got a bad dough day...... No I won't be back and no I don't...
Read moreCheaper then PizzaHutt, more expensive then Dominoes
Overall, i like their pizza. i'v ordered here about 40 or 50 times over the 10 years i'v been living here, and i'v never had a bad experience. i live not even 2 minutes away from this place so i'v never tried their delivery. They make the pizza surprisingly fast, usually 10 minutes. it taste good, their options are alright, not a massive selection but not lacking ether, decent crust options, sauces and toppings i'd give it 4 stars due to it's price mainly, it's not nearly as bad as pizzahutt at all, but dominoes is quite abit cheaper and overall has more options and very similar tasting pizza, their other selections such as chicken bites, bread sticks etc are far cheaper.as an example both places have a 10 piece chicken bites options, panago's are $10.99 with no dip and are not covered in sauce, dominoe's option is $5.99 comes with a dip and a choice of no sauce or BBQ for no additional cost.
if they were closer to me i'd order there instead personally that said panago is no slouch, just wish they would match dominoes prices, 21.75 for a large pizza when i can get 2 larges for the same price at dominoes is a bit...
Read moreOrdered panago for the first time ever. We have been putting off I suppose as their prices higher then other places but decided to finally order as my son has a dairy allergy and knows what they have vegan options. He seemed to like his pizza OK, not love, just liked but the rest of our family did not even like. Found it bitter, lacking on cheese and toppings and just overall not the greatest. Italian sussage was quite spiced for my little ones, I wish that was mentioned on site. I honestly would never order again and would rather get my son vegan frozen pizza and order from another place for...
