I ordered two original burger with impossible patties as I would normally get at Triple O's. On my first bite I knew right away that I was eating a meat patty and just to be sure I checked and saw the oblong shape and the visible grease coming off, indicating that this was regular meat. So I took my burgers back and explained that this was not an impossible patty and that was I was a vegetarian and could not eat meat. I would usually be understanding in this scenario as people make mistakes, however, the person who I dealt with (who looked to be the manager) insisted that I was wrong and as she looked at them told me these were in fact impossible patties. I knew she was wrong and continued to tell her these do not look, smell or taste like impossible and that as someone who has not eaten meat in a long time and also have had my fair share of impossible burgers, I would know. Her only response to me was that these were impossible patties and I was wrong. She finally asked if I would like new burgers and of course, as I do not eat meat, I would need new burgers. Now everything would have been fine if she had just said sorry for the mistake. But, I received no apology nor any acknowledgement in the fact that the burgers were incorrectly made and as someone who has worked in the service industry was woefully managed and not at all how you are supposed to...
Read moreI had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences at this Triple O’s. I went through the drive-through and ordered the Original Veggie Burger — not the one with mushrooms. When I got home, I realized I had received the wrong burger.
I drove back, expecting a quick and simple fix. Instead, I was told the mistake was mine. The manager insisted that they gave me what I ordered and said I’d have to pay again if I wanted the correct burger. I was shocked. I wasn’t trying to get a free meal — I just wanted the one I originally ordered and paid for.
After standing there, upset and confused by how this was being handled, they eventually took the wrong burger I had brought back, threw it out, and gave me a new one, but not without making it very obvious how inconvenienced they were by the whole situation. I felt completely disrespected.
It’s hard to understand why such a small issue had to turn into such an ordeal. Mistakes happen — but how a business handles them is what matters. Triple O’s failed miserably here. I won’t...
Read moreOrdered the egg BLT ciabatta. The bacon on it was disgusting and soggy so we took it back asking for them to make it crispier for us. They refused to replace the order for us and said that they would give us new bacon on the side. Once we got to the window they tried to make us pay for it and said that they would not give us anything for free Unbelievably terrible customer service. I have never been treated this way at a triple o's ever and I have never heard of a restaurant refusing to fix something that was gross. I am disgusted by the management at this place. If you are going to triple o's save yourself the hassle and go to the one on 96 Avenue instead of this dump. On a side note, This was the absolute hands down worst tasting BLT I have ever had in all my years going to any triple o's. I had to throw the bacon out because it was so nasty. I will never ever be back to this location and I hope that no one who reads this review will either. I am appalled at the disgusting lack of customer service...
