Call ahead if you want to reserve your dough, they sell out before 3pm. However, we got pizza by-the-slice and took it to see the music in the park. The ladies who served me were super busy but were relentlessly pleasant and patient. I didn’t feel rushed making my choice and they were super polite when I changed my mind. On top of that, super tasty pizza. By-the-slice was super affordable (5 BIG slices for $23 for 3 people). They have a patio and if you’re looking for a dog-friendly option, you could easily get pizza to go and eat in the park just across the way.

The Rustic Crust team makes high quality food that we’ve always found to be fresh and tasty. My family and friends have had the take and bake pizza twice, and it’s consistently delicious; we also loved the wood-fired Margherita pizza on the patio. The gelato is made on-site and awesome (it sounds like one of the owners actually went to Italy to perfect this stuff). The coffee is locally sourced and also great. Finally, we’ve appreciated the friendly staff and personal feel. Overall: recommend and will be back.

Loved our dinner and dessert here! Super friendly staff too! I had the prosciutto arugula pizza and I added red onion and balsamic glaze and it was fantastic. The crust was so good! The fresh arugula is the perfect addition. Hubby got the Margherita and loved it, the sauce was very fresh and tasty! We followed up with gelato, he got mint chocolate chip, which was awesome. I got the pistachio.. for real.. amazing.. if you like pistachio, try the pistachio gelato.. it tastes like it’s straight out of Italy!!!!!!

Wow. WOW! I went to this place for my birthday, for the first time, and was blown away at the quality of the service and the delicious food. Is there anywhere else where the staff are so attentive and engaged.

When we walked in, they immediately learned my name and used it later. They wished me a happy birthday and found a way to accommodate our drop in, split schedule (my parents arrived later than us). They found a spot for us to sit despite how busy it was and the little girl who was helping was so polite and equally attentive. She got our drinks as we ordered them, checked on us when we were waiting and waited politely along the side when she didn't have any tasks. Who is this child?

Things you should know: The oven has limited space so they schedule pizzas in intervals and many people book those spots ahead either for take-out or eat in. The hours are limited from 11-6. I did not confirm, but have heard the earlier hours are just for pizza by the slice and they don't start doing full dinner pizzas until 3 p.m. There isn't any real indoor sitting, which is fine, it's gorgeous out, and the outdoor seating is limited so maybe avoid rushes.

They have...

Finished a hike and our noses guided us here. A lovely family with a passion for good food has designed a space that feels like you're on vacation (at a reasonable price!).

Indoors is for order and pick up only, but the patio has comfortable seating with wide brimmed umbrellas. Plenty of options available on their pizza menu as well as beer on tap for an afternoon pint (lager, porter, sour and a few canned options at the time we went) then the pizza ... absolutely mouth watering.

We had the BBQ chicken with marinated bacon and garlic aioli 🤤

The owners are proud of their business and more than happy to tell their story. The equipment and special ingredients for their gelato is from Italy after they learned to make it there and the pizza equipment is top quality and well maintained. You can definitely see the love and pride in the establishment and food.

Goes without...
