Edit: Gave them another chance and the owner came through with incredible customer service and was able to please his customers. I will definitely be returning and understand he has solved the previous issues he had with the one disgruntled employee I dealt with in the past. Changing my review to 4 stars and I would recommend them to others.

Pizza is decent. However, the individual that claims to be the owner over the phone was rude and disrespectful to his customers.

I received an order that was not mine, when I noticed at home I called back to rectify the issue and was met with a negative tone and attitude from the owner saying he does not have time for me. I did absolutely nothing wrong, I ordered, paid for my meal but did not receive it. I understand you’re busy but you should go out of your way to make your customer happy because of the mistake your staff made. This is a simple business practice that would promote your business further. Instead, you chose to leave a negative impression that has limited our options next time we order pizza for dinner.

The individual over the phone agreed to re-do our pizzas. 40 minutes later I picked up the two pizzas and to my surprise the second pizza was not what I ordered yet again. Since I had been waiting over 2 hours for my order I decided to not address it further as I was hungry and wanted to eat anything at that point.

Seems this is a consistent issue as not only did this happen to me twice in one night, I also witnessed an gentlemen in front of me dealing with the same issue with his pizza.

We ordered at 4:15pm to have our order ready for pickup at 5:00pm (we were told our order would be ready for pick-up in 45 minutes). Once we arrived we ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes for our order to be completed. We received our pizzas, rushed home to eat and quickly realized both pizzas were incorrect- we were handed the wrong order and someone else must have gotten ours by mistake. We called in immediately to notify papas pizza land- the owner told us he would be able to fix one pizza and that we’d have to wait 1.5 hours for it or, he could give me a credit for one pizza. I informed him that it is both pizzas that are incorrect and that both pizzas we were handed have ingredients that I simply just don’t eat and don’t enjoy the taste of. The owner became very frustrated with me, gave so much attitude that I’m being impossible to work with and hung up on me. He blocked my number so I was unable to contact him and get this fixed. I had to call from my girlfriends phone number to get through again to figure out a solution. He finally offered to correct both pizzas. We originally brought the pizzas home at 5:35pm and ended up eating our pizzas at 7:45pm, between the new wait time and the hoops I had to jump through to get our order corrected.

I might add the pizzas were just okay, it was nothing special in my opinion. The sauce was very sweet and crust reminded me of pizza pizza.

We just feel like this was very unnecessary and very poorly dealt with. This entire thing could have been an easy fix if anger and frustration didn’t take over. We will not be ordering...

I placed a phone order and it was very easy to understand. The person behind the counter was receptive and kind and the timing was perfect. They told me it would be 20 minutes and it was exactly 20 minutes. I ordered a party size pizza but they ran out of party size boxes so they cut the pizza in half and put them in two large boxes. They gave me some dipping sauces to try however I wasn't a fan of them. I found the dipping sauces to be a little bit runny and not as flavorful as other Pizza places. However the pizza was outstanding! I ordered a double cheese double pepperoni and the crust was a little bit crispy yet a little bit chewy it turned out perfect. They also will make the crust thicker regular or thin if you ask them to. The sauce was Tangy and the cheese was stringy. Again I thought that was perfect. They layer the pizza a little different than some places. The pepperoni was underneath the cheese. Some places do that if you want the pepperoni on top I suppose you will have to ask for the pepperoni on top. To get to this place by car park behind the front entrance there is a rear door that's open. There is a long stand up bar type table for those who want to eat while you're there. They have other Foods as well such as chicken wings. The only thing that would improve the atmosphere I think is perhaps a television set so you can watch something while you're waiting or eating and...
