Brand new eatery on Davie st. Barely opened their doors and words getting out. The food is good!!! Good portions, good value and fast friendly service. I dropped in and tried the Greek Salad and a Beef Donair. Really good. They have a couple of 'New to me' dressings as well as old favorites, and lots and lots of freshly chopped salad ingredients. I talked with one of the owners (Imad), and he was saying they were expecting word on their licence so the bar will be open soon. He's very friendly and quite willing to add or take away ingredients to make your order just the way you like it. Spicey or not spicey, extra pickles and lots of Feta, just ask, they're happy will make sure that your dining experience is a good one. Everyone's welcome and there's room here for everybody!!! Drop by and tell them John sent you, I'm sure you'll like it as much as I do. Thats 'BEST BITE DONAIR' Hey maybe I'll...
Read moreOkay so I went here for the first time.
I did take out, there were two of us and we ordered two items to share: (1) The chicken tacos (2) Beef Donair Plate
We came in later past 10pm, and wanted something to eat, and saw this place was open.

The chicken tacos were better but the veges didn't taste very fresh.
On the beef donair plate, we had a pink pickled radish and pickled cucumbers.
The pink pickled radish was so salty it was unedidble and the cucumbers had such an unpleasant briny taste, also unedidble.
For the cost of $30.00 it was over priced and definitely not worth it.
We were unhappy, and our regret lasted for days, to the point where I wrote this...

The owner juggles a lot by himself, and even with his family helping from time to time, you can tell things fall behind and you have to wait. He’s shop isn’t great with online orders (DoorDash only) either, as the prices are much higher. It is almost as if the shop discourages customers to order online. My guess is that due to their lack of staff support, the owner rather make money from walk in customers than online, since their limited resources are better spent on sales without the extra 3rd party fee charges from DoorDash. My personal opinion is the shop could benefit from better marketing strategies than just pure labour. Online orders should be an investment for owners willing to expand...
