An urban park with beauty and despair on display with equal measure. At times there are people drinking and smoking weed in the park, but they're not offensive or aggressive. To balance them out and outnumber them you’ll finds large groups of young mothers sprawled across the lawn having a relaxed and friendly picnic with their new little ones— with no worry or fear of harm. I take my dog to the off leash dog park here a few times a week, she loves it and I like the dogs owners - they're friendly, but not overly so. We each take turns pointing out when it's time to look up from our phones and pick up after our little ones, lol. The planting and design of the park is also very nice and progressive.
