I come to this shop weekly during and after my work to get lunch, snack, and ice cream! I have tried many of their ice cream flavours like mango, raspberry white chocolate, hazelnut, and lemon, and they all tasted really nice, especially lemon and mango 🍦Additionally, they also make food like sandwiches and pastries, and I really love having their turkey sandwiches for lunch :) just ask them to heat it up and enjoy the cheesy sandwiches melt in your mouth 🧀 The owner and staff are really friendly and welcoming, and often happily wait for me to make my order, as I can be picky sometimes 😅 just be aware that they can be a little bit rushing when there is a long line is customer (which is understandable), but the customer service quality was still really good! Over priced tourist trap. They told me there is WiFi and that’s the reason I ordered sth, turns out it’s Telus WiFi which means you have to be a Telus customer to use it and I wasn’t - you can’t call a Telus WiFi connection “having WiFi”, I get Telus WiFi signals while walking on the street, it’s not the cafe’s service... I ordered decaf coffee but I suspect what I was given was regular - I couldn’t sleep the whole night and that was the only reason I could think of. Worse customer service ever. We used to take my 4 years old son to their shop for ice cream almost every other day. Sometimes me and my friend of husband would have our coffee and pastry there. I am a business owner myself, you are usually nice and considerate to your loyal customers. Quality of ice cream is not that good, and expensive. We were only taking my son because the store was close to his daycare and in a walking distance. These people are super cheap and rude. Let alone adults they are the same with a kid too.
