Great experience! Chose to rent bikes from spokes bike rental right across the street ($12/hr) and then proceeded to ride the full loop. Went on a Monday in August and it was pretty busy, but not overwhelmingly so. Parking was $8.50 for two hours. There are two separate parallel paths one for bikes and one for walkers. There were bikers, rollerbladers, skaters, and scooters. The weather was great and the views were even greater. It went from a harbour type view, to ocean, to beach and ocean, to lake, to city. It was pretty cool. Total loop was around 6 miles for me (the official site says 7) but maybe I just started at a weird point. Finished it in around 45 minutes and that included frequent stops for pictures. There are plenty of benches and stopping points for pictures, including a pretty well kept beach and a huge pool towards the the end! All in all would highly recommend if you’re looking for something active to do in the...

Seawall walk is a popular with the locals and the visitors to Vancouver.

You can start from the English Bay and go all the around Stanley Park and end on Georgia Street.

The total length of the walk, which paved and separated for walking and cycling, is about 7 km. And, it takes about two and half hours to complete the walk.

It is a busy place when the weather is good.

Can be cold on windy days. But, the view is fantastic.

In summer the Parks Board operates several canteens along the way, slightly off the walk, where you can get coffee and cold drinks, burgers, fries...

This is a great place for jogging, cycling or simply taking an evening stroll at sunset. There are great views of the Vancouver harbour with the busy seaplanes taking off or landing, huge ships and tiny boats lazing languidly in the harbour and the setting sun splashing a riot of colours from behind the clouds. On the other side there are the tall residential buildings and swanky five star hotels set amidst gardens of bright green grass and trees. We enjoyed our mile long walk from Devonian Harbour Park all the way to Canada Place along...
