Yuen Foot Massage & Spa - Coal Harbour — Local services in Vancouver

This was my very first time trying out this new place called Yuen Spa in Coal Harbour. At first seeing that it was in downtown Vancouver being in the Coal Harbour area I thought it would be hard to find but I was definitely wrong! They had a nice big beautiful signed clearly displayed right outside which made it extremely easy to locate. There is plenty of street parking directly outside on W Pender St and even more parking conveniently located around the corner on Broughton St as well. Upon entering Yuen Spa there is desk with beautiful signage that gave off a very luxurious look. We were greeted with extremely friendly staff with bright smiles who were very knowledgeable with helping us decide what type of massage we should have. I wanted a foot a foot massage while my friend on the other hand wanted a full body massage. In the end they convinced us to go for the body massage and Thank God we listened to them! The receptionist led us into a couples room which was very spacious, nice, and clean. She then told us our massage therapist would be there very shortly so we got changed and waited while lying down on the massage beds. The massage beds were a nice height and firm but yet very comfortable at the same time. It felt very relaxing to just lay unlike some other Spas where the beds were too firm or too soft and also some that are very low to the ground where your arms just hangs there touching the floor. The masseuse respectfully knocked on the door and announced that she was coming in. Her name was Shilpa if I remembered correctly. She was very nice and asked if there were any specific spots that was sore and I told her my neck. See I've been to many Massage Spas and this was honestly the first time that I could say Shilpa used just the exact amount of pressure to help fix my neck. This was one of the best massages I have ever had! The luxurious setting along with the peaceful ambiance created an experience like no other. My friend in the same room even end up falling asleep because their massage was so good. After the massage, I requested to take a shower and the receptionist lead me to the bathroom. The washroom was huge with a nice shower, it was very clean and tidy. After the shower I was ready for the bill and for the atmosphere, setting, and locating this was so worth it! Their service and attention to details is second to none and I would highly recommend anyone to confidently go there for an experience you wouldn't find...

Truly a deluxe experience! One of the most relaxing and relieving massages I've had.

I was in Vancouver for a family trip, which unsurprisingly involved a lot of walking around and sightseeing, so you bet my whole body was SORE. In addition to that, I work as a nurse in the US, so my muscles have always been stiff and tight from all the lifting and standing associated with my profession. I was recommended Yuen Foot Massage & Spa by a relative and opted for a full body massage with deep/ strong pressure. I was very impressed by the massage therapist who was able to maintain the same pressure throughout the entire massage which was an hour long at the end of the day. I liked that the staff (receptionist and massage therapist)were very respectful and had asked me whether I would prefer a male or female massage therapist, how they would inform what areas they will be massaging next, asking me which areas of my body I want them to focus on, and also periodically checking in on how I was feeling. The room was clean, smelled great, and the sheets were warm when I laid down, which was just AMAZING. While talking to my massage therapist, I found out that he actually went to school and studied to become a massage therapist, so you know that the staff at this spa are PROFESSIONALS. I left the massage parlor feeling refreshed and relaxed!
