disappointed . Their online ordering system does not work or they are liars. I dont care which, I will never go back

I submitted my order on Oct 11 at 7pm to pick up at 7:20. I was walking my dog in the neighborhood and figured I would wall past the store on my way home to pick up my meal. I received both an order confirmation as well as a payment confirmation via email shortly after I placed my order

I arrived promptly at 7:20 and was told my order was not ready yet. I told the girl at the counter that I would be waiting outside with my dog and to please bring my order outside. I waited for 15 mins. She came to the door and confirmed my order number. She went back inside and never came back.

Finally, 10 mins later (keeping in mind it’s October and its about 5C outside and I’ve now been waiting for ~25 minutes for my order) the man who was also working the conter came out and informed me they had only JUST received my order from their system - 25 minutes late. There was zero apology, no consideration at all for the fact I had been waiting in the cold for an order that was never coming.

I informed him that I would not be waiting another 20mins and that I want a refund. He then retreated into the store without saying anything so I walked home empty-handed

I submitted a request the next day on their website for a refund which has also been ignored

I guess I will have to submit a credit card...

$23.99 for 10 pieces makes it much cheaper than the standard places and what makes this place great is that the pieces are big. Not some wimpy little baby chicken.

Unfortunately, you know how sometimes Churchs chicken gives you and extra piece if most of them are small? We got 9 pieces instead of 10 maybe because they were huge.

Taste-wise is very intense flavor although I cannot pinpoint what kind of flavoring it is. Spicy is not that spicy which is good for me. The batter is more on the crunchy size than the crispy side.

I will order here again but I will make sure I get my 10 pieces next time

-edit- Tried the burgers here The karizma is a single chicken burger and the gabbar is a double chicken burger. Chicken were fried perfectly and extremely juicy inside. The BeWafa burger is 2 beef patties with the same sauce as the chicken burgers. I think the sauce pairs better with the fried chicken burger. Fish filet burger was so disappointing. It was just a frozen square patty. Extremely small but it's the same price as the chicken burger. No special sauce. Just mayo. This shouldn't even be on the menu until they batter their own fresh...
