My favorite neighbourhood pho place. Broth is clear and soup is tasty. Portions here are a little smaller but I would rather have quality over quantity. They use rice wraps for spring rolls and I like that they cut them for you do they are easy to eat. This place is family owned and very friendly service, they are always refilling your tea. One of the only places I know you can still get a pho and a spring roll + tip for about $20. Honestly pay the extra $1 and get the large.

My only complaint is that they can be a little stingy with chili oil/fish sauce if you ask for it. My guess it's because they don't want people wasting it. However they always give me more. I do wish that they would put the chopsticks eating side down in the containers, I don't like to think about all the hands that...

Pho with a side of crispy Vietnamese fried chicken, service was quick as expected of a very traditional Vietnamese place, my tea was refilled when empty and in terms of the taste, pho was average with noodles I feel did not equate to the large I got, but perfect for what I wanted at the time. Chicken is where it's at though, crispy in the right places. Think next time I'll have the rice version of that instead. With 15% tip came out to like 13? Debit and Cash only.

Edit: Went back here for the rice version instead, in terms of portion I felt it was lacking, the veggies on the side were just pickled cabbage and small amount of cucumbers, don't think I can recommend it as it stands at 11.50 + tax + 15% tip came to 14.50~.

Service is...

Got takeout from here and overall enjoyed the food it. We had the salad roll with shrimp, special beef pho, the shredded pork, grilled pork and spring roll on rice vermicelli and a side chicken leg. The only thing we didn't like was the shredded pork had a really weird taste to it and almost made the whole dish taste off but we were able to just remove that part and it ended up ok. Everything else was really yummy! It was all very reasonably priced and everything was ready 15 minutes from when i called them. Just a note they told me when I arrived that they only take cash or debit but they did end up taking my credit card as it was all...

Their pho comes with a chicken broth that is almost aristocratic in its restraint, delicate yet confident. The bean sprouts, basil, and chillies arrive arranged as though someone’s niece just graduated from an art academy and insisted on styling vegetables. The premises themselves are decidedly vintage, yet not in that tragic, sticky-table sort of way. Instead, everything is kept spotless, the kind of tidy that makes one suspect the staff secretly enjoy polishing cutlery. All told, an easy recommendation. One leaves both nourished and faintly impressed that such refinement can be found in such unassuming quarters.
