Love the beans and everyone had always been very helpful and made good recommendations. The downtown espresso is my go to espresso bean and I love it. If you're lucky, it'll be Pepper Friday and you can pet the employee of the month! January 2023 update I still love this place! I still get all my coffee beans here. They have probably the best decaf beans I've tried. I can have a decaf espresso and not tell the difference. Definitely a hidden gem in the city and my go to place. Friendly service, great price, fantastic coffee. Make sure to try the new pour over packets they are selling. Freaking fantastic!

Either their hours are incorrect, or this place isn't open to the public. Because I just tried to go at 8:43 a.m. on a Monday and there's people inside but the doors are locked. And there's no sign to say staff meeting or anything of that nature so I can't give you a review of this place but wonder why this is here and how others have reviewed this place if it's not done by in-house people as in as in fake reviews! I asked a question how people are reviewing if they can't...

Spectacular mochas'...OMG!!! I'm a serious coffee drinker, and enjoy a variety of coffees. Cuppa Joes has a nice assortment to choose from & they roast on site. They have a lunch menu & assorted goodies to go with your coffee or tea, & everyone who works there is really nice. Now they have Pie...Strawberry Rhubarb & Blueberry for $2.95. Oh man...it is good!
