Subway — Restaurant in Vancouver

ABSOLUTELY RIPPED OFF!

$5 PEPPERONI & CHEESE DIPPER- COMPLETELY MADE WRONG, NO CHEESE, MISSING DIP, GOT HALF THE ORDER!

So I ordered a $5 PEPPERONI & CHEESE DIPPER with Mayo dip. I've ordered this MANY times so I know exactly what it should be

I first noticed when I picked it up that it was a NEW person. Never seen before.

Get home to discover it looks like it was run over by a STEAM ROLLER (Made wrong). Instead of her rolling it up like a ROLL she made it in like a 4 x 6 in FLAT, and because TOASTING IT is part of it... It resulted in a complete HARD AS A ROCK (BRITTLE like a RITZ CRACKER) piece of greasy dripping CRACKER.. sandwiched between 4 pieces of Pepperoni DRIPPING WITH OIL.. didn't even put the CHEESE... I got NO DIP SAUCE (Selected MAYO) .. And to make matters worse, I only got 1 PIECE!?!

For the record: this is a PRE-SAVED FAVORITE on the app so it's ordered exactly how I do every time.

How is can she make a "PEPPERONI & CHEESE Dipper" if there is NO CHEESE and No DIP (Hense the DIPPER name)

It's the $5 one so I am supposed to get 2 rolls.

I now have to open it on the spot next time unless I want to be surprised when I get home when I discover 2 crackers with 4 pieces of pepperoni in it!!

REALLY UPSET because we had no choice but to THROW THIS OUT!!!!

UNHYGIENIC and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I hope i can give zero. The worst service ive ever had. I always have gooD thing to say about Subway but today I changed my mind. The lady has no customer servIce at all. Also, not hygeinic. She useD her hands with gloves going around touching everything and closing the doors at the back which I saw last and touched my Food after. I couldnT stop but mentioned That to her and she said, she did changed her gloves. But i insisted as i was 100% sure that she didnt..so she changed her glovrs and removed the lettuce from my bread that she touched with her dirty gloves and i was looking at her thinking like seriously, then thanks God she replaced it all but banging the oven door and was mad.. Like i was about to cancel my order but then i feel bad. No one should be serve this way and the bread turns out to have disgusting taste. And veges are old and turning...

This is one of the worst subways i have ever been to and I have lived in 3 different countries. For a sandwich that is made bye a person who's job title is sandwich artist and the food that was sold to me from this restaurant more closely resembled something my 5 year old nephew could have made. All of this wouldn't be a problem apart from the fact that not once but for the past 3 times I have visited this store after buying groceries for a quick and convenient meal and every time the staff have shown that it is more of an effort for them to put 10c worth of lettuce my sandwich or spread my toppings out than it is for them to stand ildy bye on...
