Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

Yesterday, while waiting for my train, I stopped by this Freshslice location to grab a quick slice. I had a coupon code for “any slice for $2,” and thought it would be a good time to redeem it.

Unfortunately, when I showed the QR code to the employee, he seemed confused and struggled for quite a while. In the end, he wasn’t able to redeem it, and I had to pay the full price. I understand it was only about $1.75 more, but if I have a valid coupon, I should be able to use it.

On top of that, the music in the store was blasting very loudly , which made the experience feel unprofessional. I completely understand having fun at work I also work in sales but knowing how to properly do your job should always come first.

Really disappointed...

I had a fantastic experience at Freshslice Pizza at Oakridge Station! The pizza was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious – just the way I like it. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous and flavourful.

What really stood out was the amazing customer service. Sudhir, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and kind. He made sure everything was perfect with our order and even took the time to chat with us. You can really tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in the business.

I promised the lady who served me that I would write a review so here it is. The pizza was bomb. Got their unlimited topping special with the veggie option. She was extremely generous with the toppings and offered suggestions. I ordered for the first time the other day, and the fact that she remembered I liked it spicy was one of the little things that added to the experience! Since we have a myriad of pizza offerings in the city, I don't usually bother getting freshslice but when I do think of their pizza, this is the location I am going to as it's definitely the best freshslice pizza experience I have had...
