Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Vancouver

I purchased tumbler from this location and i found that it's not a leakage proof. I tried to return tumbler next day but i lost the receipt in my friend car. I had such a worst experience ever where initially i tried to return it in near by Starbucks, but staff concluded to return it to the location where i purchased. Next, when i tried to return in this location but staff denied me for refund though i have a transaction proof in my statement and it is a product of Starbucks that should be enough. It's Starbucks issue that they don't have proof of transaction in there POS and i believe there should be an alternative way to process refund that staff didn't know!

However, now am started using it!

I usually enjoy starting my mornings at Starbucks, not just for the coffee but for the friendly and professional service. However, my visit this morning around 8:40 AM left me disappointed. When I entered, the staff member did not greet me, which made me feel unwelcome from the start. While ordering my favorite coffee, I noticed she seemed unpleasant, and when I politely asked for a cup of water after completing my order, her response was less than professional, with a frown and an irritated tone as she repeated, "sorry?" I’ve always appreciated Starbucks for its coffee and its welcoming atmosphere, but this experience fell short of those expectations. This is the worst Starbucks!!

Yesterday at around 1-2 pm the staff couldn't get anyone's drink orders right, all 5 of ours were wrong, and the staff there had us waiting for 40 minutes for our order along with many other people, not Covid regulation safe..

On a previous occasion I had sent in a mobile order and when we went to pick it up the staff yelled at us insisting they never got it... only for them to find out they were neglecting the mobile orders... there was no apology or owning up to what they did wrong.

I love my Starbucks drinks but the staff here is absolutely horrible, the drinks are always hit or miss and the only consistency is the poor customer service.
