I recently discovered this hidden gem of a cafĂ© and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for a relaxed meal. Every dish we tried was a feast for the eyes and the palate. Their smoked salmon eggs Benedict is an absolute masterpiece: perfectly poached eggs with silky, runny yolks atop fluffy waffles, generous slices of delicate cured salmon, creamy avocado, and a light drizzle of tangy hollandaise. The accompanying micro-green and baby arugula salad, dotted with cherry tomatoes and crunchy puffed grains, provided a delightful fresh contrast. Next up was the artisan sandwich—thick, multi-grain bread pressed just right, loaded with creamy egg salad, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and a hint of olive oil. It was comfort food elevated to gourmet status. And let’s not forget the vibrant tomato bisque: velvety smooth, rich in flavor, and finished with a swirl of olive oil and herbed garnish, served alongside perfectly toasted sourdough. Service was friendly and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The presentation of each plate was thoughtfully composed, making every bite feel like a special occasion. Whether you’re stopping by for brunch, lunch, or a leisurely coffee, this cafĂ© delivers on quality, taste, and hospitality. Highly recommended—this place deserves every one of its five stars!

What an incredible cafe! I'm so glad I found this gem while searching for a last minute mother's day afternoon tea outing in the Kerrisdale area. My mom got the mushroom soup, which was served with bread on the side, and was absolutely delicious. I got the bruschetta, which was amazing. We both got croissants - also great. For dessert, we shared this incredible mango & passionfruit mousse cake thing? (I don't actually know what it's called, but it was sooooo good!) And we both got the cardamom tea, which is a house blend, and apparently their best seller - and for very good reason! Absolutely loved it. Also, the tea was served with a little cookie, which is such a nice touch. I did not get to try any of the waffles, or other pastries, or a frappe, or any of their new latte drinks - but I will definitely go back to try one or all of those things, because they all sound so good! Also, super cute interior, with lots of seating, and the bathrooms were very clean! Basically, I loved everything about this place!

Took my friend there on Thursday last week of the Café’s very first soft opening day to the public. It is now under Eema’s Cafe and with new ownership and management. What a great concept to be a training ground for special need adults who can be working here and build up their skills in the serving industry! We need more places like this! My friend and I enjoyed our time there for more than a couple hours, a great place to catch up. The staffs are very friendly, the food is delicious and nicely presented. For lunch, we ordered a Club Sandwich and a Smoke Salmon Crazy Feta Sandwich. They both came with a good portion of gourmet garden salad each, what a surprise! We also had a large latte and an Americano. Later we also ordered almond croissant, a salted caramel cookie, and then a lemon cake to go. They were all so good! It’s definitely going to be my place to be when meeting with the my friends!

I’ve been here twice and both times I had a pretty mediocre experience. I was looking forward to having a new small cafe in the neighborhood but this one seems very over priced for the quality. Everything reminds me of like airport style food as if it was pre made elsewhere and brought to this cafe. This first time I came I ordered their chicken sandwich and it was very dry and the chicken inside was poor quality. Same with my second visit - I ordered an Apple fritter and it was incredibly dry and bland. Each time I’ve come I’ve spoken to the same cashier at the front desk. She’s very kind but doesn’t know the menu very well and there seemed to be some misunderstandings when I would communicate with her. For instance, both times I ordered a mocha and I had to point to the drink on the board as she seemed confused as to what I was referencing on the menu
. The staff also seem very unorganized - jumping around from task to task without completing what they were doing in the first place. Maybe I will try this place again once they’ve been open for a few months and have everything ironed out. Otherwise there are much more affordable and consistently good cafes...
