I cannot comprehend how rude and entitled people who own this restaurant are. When asked for a vegetarian noodle soup to which I got an eye roll, I was served a couple of broccolis with a bit of undercooked noodles floating in nothing but starchy tasteless water. When asked for some water, the waitress hammered down the glass down on the table spilling half of it. I have never felt so disrespected ever and decided I wasn’t going to reward this behavior and decided to pay my due but not the tip. “Tip “ mind you is a gratuity and not a mandatory. It is an appreciation of service and I did not appreciate disrespect. And this set her tail on fire and sent her off. The audacity with which she then demanded a tip was mind numbing. Overall, man, I will definitely come back in the nearby future....

The interior design is still the same, and so far I've tried the fried rice which was quite mediocre and bland, but their liangpi and classic Lanzhou style beef noodles in soup are solid and definitely deserve a 5-star. We gave a 5-star review after our first visit and let Chef Shi know on our second, and he actually gave us a free beef dish. I will definitely continue to be...
