I cannot comprehend how rude and entitled people who own this restaurant are. When asked for a vegetarian noodle soup to which I got an eye roll, I was served a couple of broccolis with a bit of undercooked noodles floating in nothing but starchy tasteless water. When asked for some water, the waitress hammered down the glass down on the table spilling half of it. I have never felt so disrespected ever and decided I wasn’t going to reward this behavior and decided to pay my due but not the tip. “Tip “ mind you is a gratuity and not a mandatory. It is an appreciation of service and I did not appreciate disrespect. And this set her tail on fire and sent her off. The audacity with which she then demanded a tip was mind numbing. The entitlement of such folks just amazes me. She even yelled out in presence of other customers "do not come back". As if I was going to anyway. This place is joke in itself. Watch your food, they might spit in it if they...

It closes at 9PM. Me and my friend came at 9:30. We were really hungry and they let us in, even though they were super tired (I can tell), but they still let us in. I am so grateful for their hard work and service.

We ordered the braised beef noodle soup. It was very delicious, with equal parts of noodles, beef, bok choy, and carrots. The soup reminded me of my hometown in China.

The lady was so kind to us and gave us tips and advice about life as a student. Again, I am extremely grateful and thankful to meet them and for them to provide for us even after closure. God bless them.

The atmosphere was chill. The music played in the background was light piano music. There was this background painting beside us that was, in my personal opinion, was so relaxing.

Overall, man, I will definitely come back in the nearby future....

This place used to be called Sip Bowl until the owner sold the restaurant to the head chef, Chef Shi. so all the recipes are still the same, but they've added more dishes, such as rice, and a wider variety of noodles. We brought our cat into the restaurant and they didn't mind. The interior design is still the same, and so far I've tried the fried rice which was quite mediocre and bland, but their liangpi and classic Lanzhou style beef noodles in soup are solid and definitely deserve a 5-star. We gave a 5-star review after our first visit and let Chef Shi know on our second, and he actually gave us a free beef dish. I will definitely continue to be...

I visited this charming noodle spot that specializes in hand-pulled noodles, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating—she even let me charge my phone and offered me some tea, which made me feel right at home. The chili oil noodles were delicious—perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The decor is a great balance between modern and old-school, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. It seems like it would be perfect for a date or just looking for a quick, satisfying meal, this is the perfect place to stop by. So glad I found it!

Quite literally the best Northwestern beef noodles I’ve ever had in the GVA. The second I tasted the broth I knew this is legit. The hand pulled noodles were chewy, the radishes were crunchy and the amount of beef were decent for a Northwestern place. They brought out my noodles soon after I order, I didn’t wait for a long time at all. Decor and service were 10/10. Would def visit again and bring friends!!
